Vero Beach availability in April

How is the availability of VB in April and May?
We have only gone in the fall, so I would be curious to know about the crowds and availability experiences anyone has had.

April is still prime season for Florida so planning ahead is a good idea. May is less crowded since the snowbirds are headed home and most schools are still in session. However, it is beautiful in May!

We did not have any problems with our reservations in May. We even changed days twice in the last month.

Thanks for the info! We booked our last VB trip only a month out and were able to get what we wanted. VB is nice that way! :)
