We added two night on to the front and back ends of our vacation. Which value would you choose Pop Century or All Star Music and why? We are at Old Key West in the middle and are just looking for a place to hang our hats the other nights. Nothing special needed.

We just got back from a week at Disney and our last night was at the All Star Music and it was not as nice as the Pop Century. We loved the Pop and were very disappointed in the All Star.

Let me preface by saying, I've never stayed at a value...
That being said, we chose POP! for our trip next fall for the sole purpose of it not sharing a bus with other resorts. Time will be of the essence since the parks will be on limited hours due to off season. The last thing I want is to be waiting on a bus that may or may not have room on it.

I have always enjoyed staying at Pop for solo trips or to add on to our DVC stays just because it doesn't share any buses and I like the theming. Having said that, I stayed one night at the All Star Music this past January when I added on a night to my solo stay before moving to Pop, and I was pleasantly surprised. It was a very nice room and had just been refurbished, so everything was new. I would have been just as happy staying there the week. And the buses were not always shared, especially when it was busy. The plus for the Music resort is that it is the first of the three All - Stars, so if it is being shared, you're the first stop when returning and the first to get on for pick ups as well. Whatever you decide, have a great trip.
