Newport Bay Club - a few questions!

Staying here for first time in November In a Lakeside room (not Admiral's floor)

Only taking hand luggage so want ot travel as loght as poss BUT can't do without a hairdryer or cup of coffee

Old brochure says hairdryers are available on request, new brochure says available so are the in all rooms now?

Don't expect a kettle in the room but are they easy enough to borrow/hire?

Also would like to email them about making a couple of requests about the room - how successful have others been with requests and should I ask now or wait until a few days before we go?

I went in March to the NPBC and we had a hairdryer in the room. We didn't have a kettle but a quick call down to reception and one was sent up within half an hour free of charge :thumbsup2

If I have any special requests I tend to do it between 7 and 3 days before hand...any later than that and you risk them not having the time to pass the information to reception.
