View Full Version : Broken Disneyland Paris souvenir!

Hello,

My wife and I just returned home from Disneyland Paris and had a wonderful time. We purchased an ornament that we thought was cute and would look great on our tree every year, however it broke! It made its way safely across the Atlantic all the way to Seattle, WA without a scratch and then my wife accidentally broke it when we were unpacking. She is pretty sad about it and I am trying so hard to locate another one and am striking out pretty badly. I see it nowhere on the website, nowhere on ebay, amazon, etc. and have contacted them directly and no one can help me. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I could do to find this $10 euro (but very meaningful) Christmas ornament from Disneyland Paris? Here is the info on it:

It is a red ball that says "Mickey's Magical Party" and it has red ball ears. Mickey and Minnie are on the top of it dancing on the white snow. They are holding Mickey shaped balloons in their hands. The price was 9,90 Euros and it says: Boule Mag MK/MN on the tag. The UPC has a 2 on the outside and inside the number sequence is 051030 090569

Please, any info would be amazing! Thank you.

Did you contact Disneyland Paris direct or Walt Disney? Disneyland Paris does offer a mailorder service and if you know all the codes are very good at arranging this. However to ship to USA I think would be very expensive.
Maybe in the enquiry you should make it clear that once you know the price you will provide credit card details for payment :)

I contacted both Disneyland Paris and Walt Disney via email and only Walt Disney got back to me and told me it was a Disneyland Paris issue. How do I get in touch with the mail order service? Do you have a link or a particular web address that could put me in touch with them? At this point, the sentimental value of the ornament outweighs the price of shipping. Thanks!

Not sure how you emailed them but this is the link to contact DLRP mail order service here (https://my-disneyland.disneylandparis.co.uk/contact-us/index.xhtml). There is a mail order question in the drop down menu.

Sometimes they do take several days to reply, so don't despair if you don't hear immediately.

So just to update this....

I got an email back from them telling me that we could do the mail order process and it went into my junk mail folder. I just found it and emailed them back only for them to tell me that they are now sold out of it. I am depressed about this! Any ideas at all on how to find this?

Casey. It might be an idea if you can to post a picture of it. Yes it maybe broke but it will give us an idea what it lookslike and could aid some of us in a search to help you find:) one.

I know which one you mean. I just had a look on the Disney Store UK site and that bauble isn't on there.
Afraid I'm not going to DLRP now until after Xmas so I'm unlikely to be able to help you.
