View Full Version : Santa came early this year - Solo Trip Booked!!

So excited!! Santa paid a vista last night (and by santa I mean my DFi) and booked me a solo trip at POP for Janury3-6 for Xmas!! Ok that's a bit of a lie too...I planned everything down to a "T" and told him what to book but it's exciting none the less. Im so glad he's being supportive of this ... although after my first solo trip back in April im sure he knew it was only a matter of time before I got ansy for another one. So this being my 11th trip to Disney (2nd Solo) it will be my first time EVER staying on property too! We are always a fan of the DTD area hotels so im looking forward to the trip on ME and EMH's! :lovestruc

What a nice guy :lovestruc I think you'll love staying on property. I always do, and feel very safe. I know about the pull Disney has on you once you visit, you just can't get enough. Have a great birthday and a wonderful time.

You will love staying on property! Over the years I have done both and nothing compares to trusting Disney for every aspect of your vacation!!! I actually just recently stayed at 2 different DTD Hotels. The Buena Vista Palace, which we LOVED!!!!!!! SOOOOOOO beautiful and classy! And then ther Regal Sun which I liked a whole lot more when it was the Grovsnor Resort! RS was just kind of cheap and Motel 8ish..... I am hoping to stay next year for a long weekend at the Hilton at DTD!!! I peaked at their lobby and was wowed!!! Cant wait for your TR!!!

My parents ALWAYS stay at the Hilton DTD .... When I was at BWLBV I would walk down to their hotel and sit by the pool with them..the hotel is fabulous!!! If I wasn't staying on property I would be there in a heartbeat..they offer all guest EMH's too!
