Sequoia Lodge! Info about it!

Can somebody tell us things about Sequoia Lodge? It will be our first time in there and we would love to know what is cool and what's not cool at that hotel.

We are fans :)
We have stayed three times and dream of staying again.

We love:

The setting: Love the trees, the paths and the walk from the village by the lake. In summer it was glorious , on a winters morning , it was really crisp.

The hotel: I really like the wood and the trees decor, We have stayed two times in the hotel and once in the lodge. Both times they were spotless and cosy and really well cleaned every day.

The staff: They have always been incredibly helpful and kind to us. I lost my key to my precious disney case, and the concerige sent over someone with a bot cutters to save the day and the case !!!!

The breakfast: Again, everything seems to be plentiful here.

I am trying to think of something negative, we have only eaten at the buffet in the evening once, and enjoyed it less than other meals in the park.

The one magical thing I will say is that each time we have been there, and have left off the bags to go into the park, We always meet Mickey Mouse at the lift :) I guess he is finishing up the character pictures when we arrive. :)

What is the breakfast like? Rolls, ham etc ? Any hot food (probably not)

Yes there are cold meats and breads, as well as cereal, fruit, yogurt, and chocolate bread rolls

You can pay extra for a hot breakfast :)
