Hi All:)

Has anyone ever used lowcostholidays.com website to book their flights & hotel accommodation. If you have can you tell me your experiences with them good or bad.

Their quoting 10 deposit to book hotel rooms with it repeat next to it in brackets. But in the terms and conditions it says they can deduct the rest of the deposit off 4 weeks later. My query is why don't they say pay the full deposit - not everyone reads the small print.

Thanking you in advance.

:scared1::scared1:I'll be staying away from this company, I've never seen so many compliants about a company in a very long time.

:) No problem, I wouldn't want to be involved with a company who are like that either!
Good luck finding a new deal :)

We used them to book our hotel in Mexico in June and due to the Swine flu we had to cancel, it took about 4 weeks for them to refund the money when they initially told us 4 days when we cancelled, luckily we had the cash to re-book a different holiday.
We wouldn't use them again.
