First Time Cruiser Credit

I just called the Disney Cruise Line and tried to have the "first time cruiser" credit added to my reservation, but to no avail. The rep told me that there was no such thing, and of course my mind flashed back to the DIS Boards, I know it exists!! Can someone please tell me how to get this added to my ressie? I originally booked my cruise through Travelocity (I didn't know about Dreams Unlimited until after I booked.) HELP!:confused:

We simply used the 'REF' code for first time cruisers and TA had Disney apply to our 5 cabins. I would keep trying....wish you luck.

When you use a Travel Agent, instead of booking directly with DCL, you will need to have the agent add the code for you. :)

Does anyone know the dates this discounts is valid? We are booked for 11/2003, wondering if we are eligible.
