Online ADRs

So I thought I would bring up the online reservation system today to try and familiarize myself with it prior to my "D-Day" of October 25. Only when I enter my reservation number I get this error code:

E02020305001

Is it because I am too far out?

If you go to the main restaurant page - you will see numerous posts on the "dread E code"

just use the Search function! type in that code and I'm sure dozens of posts will show up!

Sad that! many vents, and frustrations....

I even went to the "contact us" at the bottom of the page where the E code shows up on disney.com - they had a phone number for tech - and it sent me to the dining line! :rotfl2: Someone had a sense of humor (dont know if that's still true today!)

the "hints" have been to

1. clear cookies
2. restart computer
3. go to the dining - hit retrieve my reservation - fill in blanks... :worship: then hit submit...

1. go thru IE browser
2. go thru Firefox browser
(on my mac Safari I never got it to work)

when all else fails - call the dining line and ask them if they recognize your reservation number - I told the CM I was just checking to make sure everything would be ok for when my day neared - she was able to pull up my reservation!

HUGE HELP!! Thanks so much!! Especially the Safari bit, as I am also a Mac:lovestruc:lovestruc!!

I will definitely try to call just to see if they recognize the ressie number, maybe that will quiet my tummy nerves!
