its called tilt-shifting the affect is to make it look like models sorta like the old claymation.

Very cool!! My favorite part is Spectro Magic....neat to see Mickey's float w/ the smoke coming from underneath.

I love that video. Thanks for sharing. Thanks also to Disneenut for the link to the guy who did this. Amazing. I wrote on his comments that I hope his does one for all the parks and then read that he was working on one for Epcot. Can't wait to see it.
