View Full Version : Booking online with Virgin?

I booked a holiday online on the virgin website, got an e-mail and money has been taken from my account. They say that an invoice will be sent but its now 2 weeks and i have heard nothing. Anyone booked through virgin online before?

We booked through them last year, it took a few weeks for the confirmation to come through. I wouldnt worry too much, what with the post at the moment it might take a little longer. At least you got an email as proof. :thumbsup2

We booked ours online on the 23rd sept and got confirmation through a couple of days ago.

i booked today over the phone, but all the info is now in manage my booking on virgins website, so if you have the booking ref you should be able to see your booking, hope this helps:)

I have the booking ref number but it ends in S10 but on the website it only has s08 or s09 but not s10? any ideas?

All sorted now, found booking page and this had s10 on it, lol and checked and all okay, just making sure the free quick dining service had been added, lol. Thanks everyone.

Did you find it on the VH website or VA? Can find ours on VH but not the other. Think it may be too far off yet.:thumbsup2

Just a warning to every-one; be careful if you make any changes to your booking that require the invoice to be re-printed. When this happened to us the free DDP 'dropped off' the invoice. Had a bit of a panic as we didn't notice until a few weeks before we went-call to Virgin did sort it out without too much hassle!
