blackstone group (the company that owns the majority of shares of the merlin group (alton towers, thorpe park, chessington) as well as 50% of universal have bought seaworld and busch gardens from AB in-bev:

apparently the sale wont affect park operations though. although it does mean that the clydesdales will be leaving :(

apparently they have come to a deal that it will still be allowed to be called busch gardens.

Shame, I do hope that they don't change the parks too much. I enjoy them as they are.

It does worry me that it mentions the only thing they are interested in is the money, does this mean cuts will be made to ensure the profits remain up and boosted? :confused3 I hope not!
