Yup. There is a presentation on October 19 at Western Michigan at 6pm. I go to Kalamazoo College, which is quite literally across the street. I'd like to go to the presentation, but I don't know Western well at all and am scared of going alone. Also, I'm not even applying for Spring... I hope to do Fall 2010.
Any thoughts/advice? Should I skip it altogether and just wait, is it worth going to, etc? :confused3

You can always just watch the presentation online. There wasn't a presentation at my school either, but the bigger school down the street. I was unfamiliar with the campus and was intimidated to go alone. I ended up watching the e-presentation.
I would recommend doing that. If you want to go (I actually found a friend to go with me and went to the on campus anyway to listen to it), could you find a friend to go? There isn't an obligation to apply!

...met one of my very best friends there.
GO. There is absolutely nothing better than a gathering of excited, college-age, Disney Fanatics.
See my blog post about it! (Ironically I just wrote it a couple hours ago...)

I just went to a presentation an hour away (it was the closest one) and I'm not applying for the spring program. I just wanted to hear the different information. Also there were different videos played at the presentation than the e-presentation. I'd say go because you can ask the rep questions. And if you don't have any questions at that point you get a sheet with their email on it and you can just ask them that way.

My school didn't get a presentation, and the one for the other school in town was over spring break. I was home for spring break, and there was a presentation at a school 2 1/2 - 3 hrs away (coincidentally, WMU), and I went to that presentation. Worked out just fine.
