What Characters at Restaurants?

Hi Everyone

We're off on our first trip to DLP at the end of November (just upgraded our hotel to the Hotel New York). :cheer2:

We've got reservations for a Character Dinner at Cafe Mickey and I will be making a reservation for a Charater Breakfast and the Character Tea Party.

Could someone tell me what characters we can expect to see? A friend of mine has just come back from WDW and she made tops/dresses for her 2 kids themed on the characters. Her children had a massive fuss made over them so she said she'd kindly do the same for mine.

At Cafe Mickey, your child (in fact anyone at all) will get a huge fuss made of them anyway by the characters :goodvibes.

The characters are very similar at Cafe Mickey, regardless of which meal you book there.

They are similar at the tea party too, and to be honest, the tea party really doesn't get good reviews nowadays (it used to be great a couple of years ago).

At Cafe Mickey you're likely to see Mickey, and you may see half a dozen or so others during your meal there, out of Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Chip, Dale, Captain Hook, Mr Smee, Eeyore, Tigger, Prince John, and Friar Tuck typically. However, we've also seen Baloo, cat from Pinocchio, Pinocchio, Gepetto and Genie there :).

We were there last week at 8.30 and saw Gepetto, Mickey, Chip and Dale, Rabbit, Sheriff of Nottingham, Robin Hood, Goofy, Eeyore and Stitch x

We were there in early September and we saw:

Mickey, Baloo, Pinocchio, Gipetto and Smee. We also saw Minnie and Captain Hook but they didn't come over to our table.

We were unlucky this time at Cafe Mickey, went for both lunch and breakfast and had the same characters both times:

Mickey
Chip
Dale
Goofy
McScrooge
Captain Hook

That's it :( I'd have been over the moon if Stitch or Minnie had been there!!

We've been for breakfast 4 times and seen Minnie each time. My daughter would revolt if she didn't make an appearance!

King John is a good character. He always smacks everyone around the head to make sure you know he is a baddie!
