My family and I were chosen as the host family for the Magic Kingdom one morning in June. We would like to send a letter to the two cast members who helped us that morning---they were fantastic. Both were part of the Main Street USA team: Manny and Barbara.
Does anyone know how I can send an actual note (as opposed to an email or a posting here) to a cast member?

If you write a feedback letter to WDW (the address is on the website as well as a link to submit via the web if you want), give some specifics such as date, location, rough time and the names of the people it will get forwarded on to the appropriate department and shared with the CM's
Disney are really good about communicating guest comments with us, It might take a couple months for it to get back to us however it eventually does.

Thank you gayleaboone. I don't work for Disney, but I know that most customers who take the time to write have a complaint of some kind because what gets rewarded gets repeated; and complaining customers are rewarded, even if they are lying. Those like you who take the time to say something nice are indeed a special breed.
