I like to have Spanish coffee in the mornings and I read that CBR supplies a coffee maker, does anyone know what kind of filters are needed, the cone shaped or the basket shaped ones and what size (e.g.how many cups) is the coffee maker? Thank you for any replies. Have to have my morning Java! ;)

The coffee is in packets and you just put the whole thing in the basket, kinda like a tea bag, no filters used.

Hi msr709
In response to your question, although I just used the coffee packets provided, I think that the basket type filter would work best. You might have the cut them down a little as the coffee makers are so small.

They sell the coffee filters in the food store near me. I would check out your grocery store Coffee Aisle, the coffee pot is the standard four cup pot. The basket type are what you need.

Our group just returned from a two-room stay at CBR. In my room, there
was a standard 12-cup Mr. Coffee. In our second room, there was
a smaller 4-cup machine. Why not be safe and take a few of each size
basket filters? I wish we had.
Have a wonderful stay at the CBR. It is just beautiful there!

Thanks for all the replies, I'll play it safe and take both sizes. Have a good weekend everyone.;)
