View Full Version : Am I just out of luck?

I have been emailing and emailing Milesource for over 4 months now trying to get points for purchases I made thru their site. All I need are these points then I can cashout and be done with them. I have never once received a reply. I have emailed all different areas of MS too. Is there any hope that I will see my miles?

MS owes me over 1000 points for purchases since early April. I have also emailed, and called, many times. I received one automated response. They requested I email my receipts to them. Unfortunately, I long ago deleted them from my computer after printing the receipts. They did not provide me with a snail mail address or fax number to send the hard copies of these receipts even though I emailed requesting the information. Again, NO response.
At this point, I know I will not reeive the points. I have resolved never to purchase merchandise through any reward site again.

I gave up on milesource almost a year ago because of the same nonsense. I use mypoints and I don't have problems getting credited.
