I am eternally grateful for all the information I gleaned from M.M.'s Magical Guide. I refer to it often, and refer people to it!

And I respectfully ask....When will the Magical Guide be updated with Western Cruise information?

I recognize all the work that has gone into making the guide. I realize that it will take a lot more work to update it to include the Western cruise.

But I am cruising in October....any chance you could do it by then? HEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHHE

I think I should be able to get a ream of paper by then so I can print off my new, updated copy! ;)

Karen: Fill me in--what is MM's Magical Guide?

I am reading entries on the DCL board and finding you all over. Such fun.

Looking forward to being able to put a face with your name on our cruise.

Hi JSLE50...

I just replied to you on our cruise thread.

But for those of you not going on our cruise...

Mickey Morgan's Magical Guide is like the online bible for cruisers.

We printed it out for our last cruise. We highlighted stuff and basically lived out of it. It is great. Very helpful. I recommend it to sooooo many people!

Actually, Entropy's Magical Disney Cruise Guide is now hosted by Deb Wills at her excellent WDW Information Guide (WDWIG).

I agree, his guide is great. I recommend it to all newbies.

I just pulled down a copy from Deb's site and it has been updated to include the Western. The new one is dated July 2002. Enjoy!

Thanks Dave!

Deb's site is one of the many sites I give out when trying to help people get info about Disney Cruises. So, it is the perfect partnership bewteen the Deb and Mickey as far as I am concerned!

I just love the Magical Guide!!!!!

The Magical Cruise Guide is amazing! Lots of pages to print out, but well worth the effort. I have a link to it on my website, but lots of people miss it so I point it out via email. Between that, DIS, and Dave, I am always able to refer people who visit my website to somewhere that has the answer to virtually any DCL question!!

Is there any way to look at the WORD document before downloading it?

How many pages are there?

The July edition has 72 pages. The document is less than half a megabyte. It took me only 43 seconds to download it with my dialup connection. Like I said before, this is the best resource for newbies. Definitely worth getting.

If you don't have Microsoft Word, you can get a free <a href="http://search.office.microsoft.com/result.aspx?qu=Word%20Viewer"><font color=blue>Word Viewer</font></a> from Microsoft.

The guide is wonderful. I downloaded it yesterday. We, too, are interested in the Western cruise information. Some fo the guide has been updated, but much of it has not been (e.g., there is no information about the rotation of the special nights on the Western cruise which are different than those on the Eastern cruise). This is not a criticism by any means, just a heads up that the update will likely come in pieces and will take some time to complete I would think. I look forward to more commentary on the Western itinerary, also.
