I thought I'd provide a thread for those who's December 2009 VWL wait list came through or if you are still waiting for it to come through.

Come and post your success stories! Tell us the type of villa you got and when you are going!

We just got ours- a 1 bedroom Dec 5 to the 10th!!!!

we are booked in a 2br at SSR, but have a waitlist for THV and BCV, Dec. 5-12th. Not holding my breath for either of these to come through though:rotfl:

About 3 weeks ago waitlisted studio at SSR for 12/9 - 12/11 to go with my 12/11 - 12/14 reservation. Came through in less than a week. :thumbsup2 NOW, for the same time period, I have waitlisted for a studio at AKV: Value at Jambo or Std. at Kidani. But, like a pp stated, not holding my breath. Next time I won't be so indecisive about a December trip. [At least I have a room at the inn.] :cutie:

I currently have VWL from 12/5-12/13. Originally Was able to get 12/9-12/13 and waitlisted each prior day 1 by 1 until I got them all around 2 weeks ago!! Very excited to be checking out VWL in December! :rotfl:

We are waiting for VWL for Nov. 29th and 30th. We areso far at BCV. on the 29th and BLT on the 30th.:wizard:

We are waitlisted for Dec 1- 5. I just missed getting a 2 bedroom for Dec 1 and 2. I have been changing my resorts very slowly from 2 studios at SSR to a 2 bed at BWV for 2 nights and one night at BCV. I hope the waitlist comes through and we can stay at one resort the whole trip.

We are waitlisted for BLT 1 bdrm std view 12/31 and 1/1. We currently have a studio. I too am not holding my breathe on this ever coming through but it is nice to hope.

now we wait for our trip. I was shocked to see my waitlist came through. I called MS just to double check. VWL we will be there in 48 days!!:cool1:

I couldn't believe not a single STUDIO was available at any of the DVC resorts...especially SSR and OKW. Think my waitlist will come through from Dec. 4-13?

We are waitlisted for Dec. 31st thru Jan 4th and the 7th for Studio at VWL.

I'm about to call MS to cancel a VWL 1 bedroom from 12/6-12/11 so I hope that helps out someone. Friends had to cancel (and I knew them well enough to book their own room so as not to be stuck in a 2 bedroom AGAIN). I'm really glad I didn't book dining reservations with them in mind or I'd be on the phone for hours trying to fix that!

Had originally booked a studio at SSR for 12/10-12/12 with a WL for VWL. WL came in a couple of months ago thanks to Francis at MS. :banana: Added a 4th night at SSR with a WL at VWL and that one came in as well. First time ever at VWL. :goodvibes
