Duck Sauce?

Hi Guys

We have decided to cook a duck for dinner tomorrow but are struggling as to what kind of sauce we should have with it. We are planning on having it with roasties, parsnips, carrots - that sort of thing - so does anyone know of a good sauce that we can buy or make that would go with all of that?

Orange goes really well, but my fave is either cherry sauce or a spiced plum one... There's some recipies on the Good Food website... :goodvibes

I had duck in blackcurrant sauce at DLP some years ago. The sauce was delicious but the duck was nearly raw (I think it had flown into the oven and straight back out again!!).
