24-Hour Protect Plus! - HELP!!!!

I joined 24-Hour Protect Plus about a 3-weeks ago through one of the rewards programs - Probably memolink and I got my calendar reminder today to cancel it. Problem is, I can't find my confirmation e-mail or a link on any one of the rewards program!!!

Please help, anybody know their URL!!!
