2/21/10 4 Nights on the Wonder

I only packed Capris for the kids and I. and Layers!!!! Lots of layers!
I don't think we'll be having many Mickey Ice cream bars outside in the evenings! LOL
We are off tomorrow morning. And will hopefully arrive at AKLV by 4:30. Hoping the kids DON'T want to go in the pool.... maybe I'll convince them to go to DTD to shop tomorrow!

I just wanted to say a big :thanks: to all you great folks here on our Meet thread, especially all of you who participated in the FE exchange. It was so nice to meet you all, and to recognize a friendly face while out and about during the cruise. The gifts were all great, and my kids really enjoyed coming back to the room to find "goodies" waiting for us :goodvibes

Not sure I'll do a trip report, but I am hoping to post some photos to the Facebook group when we get back home on Saturday night. Hope everyone has a safe trip home, and that no one has too much snow waiting for them when they get home!

I concur with Maureen. It was great meeting you all and my children and I really enjoyed the FE exchange. Hope everyone has a safe trip home and for those of you like me traveling back to the snow.... at least I'll be able to work off the cruise punds shoveling! LOL

WE booked 2 cruises on the Dream in 2011. Mom and Madi trip April10,2011 and then the whole famdamnly trip Oct.9, 2011!!! Both 4 day!

We had a great time!! My kids really enjoyed the trip and the special gifts you left them made it even more special. Thank you so much! My husband-the one that didn't want to go on the cruise-now wants to go on a week one this October. If any of you are going again this year, please let me know.

Just wanted to chime in and say hello and THANK YOU to all the FE participants - my kids loved seeing new things in our FE each time we came back to the cabin and we were blown away by the creative ideas everyone had! Also, I thought we had terrific weather, all things considered, and I even came away with a slight sunburn (not to mention the 3.5 extra pounds!).

Off to try to do something with our pictures!

I booked one for October 2011... so if you get hooked... come on that one with me! My mom would love chatting with your mom... think they'd get on like a house on fire.
I am also booked for one for just Madigan and I in April 2011... both 4 day though!
Hope Nicholas and Samantha will enjoy the kids club like madigan and give you both LOTS of adult time!

Thank you all for the nice FE gifts, we all loved the creative presents and liked it to meet you at the meeting and on the ship. We also rebooked our Med cruise in August and booked a 4 night in May 2011. Both kids liked the clubs and we had a lot of wonderful adult time. Liked to be able to share a dining table with Queenmom (Donna), her DH and daughter who our youngest became friends with.

TG the snow i gone overhere but it is raining, windy grey and cold.....................

I hear on the wish. Grady went a few times but never stayed long except on Castaway Cay as it was his thing... dirt and digging.

Now that the cruise is over, I've joined disboards. Mega-thanks to sonogal/Angie and her family for suggesting this wonderful winter vacation and signing us up for the fish extenders. My daughters loved it and so did I. Thank you for all the generous and personalized gifts. We're hoping to take another Disney cruise next spring, and join the fish extenders group then too. This vacation was just perfect in every way, even considering the rain in Nassau.

I know Elizabeth has as she is on the Wonder as I type this.... lucky lady!

I have booked a few dates while on the Wonder but our next one is my 1st Back2Back cruise starting May 15, 2011 for my 40th b-day.. followed by a 3-night on May 19. Then we were suppose to go as a family in Oct. 2011 but we are going to just do DVC that fall and rebook a 2012 when the dates come out.

Madigan is hoping Kaylei will be on board but hasn't figured out that there will be a whole new bunch of Disers on the next cruise.
