Just back from a charity screening of UP in 3D. It was absolutely AMAZING - one of the very best films I have ever seen. Perfect fun for the whole family, definitely recommend it!

Not surprised it's received so many rave reviews stateside :goodvibes :thumbsup2

Can't wait to see this, taking DD on her Birthday...she is loving the Up shorts on the Disney Channel.

I saw it last night and I thought it was amazing. It made me laugh so much that I cried! Conversely, there were some very sad parts. :sad1: If you haven't seen it yet, go! It's well worth it. The Pixar short was super-cute too! :goodvibes

I went to see it last Saturday, £9.75 each to get in :scared1:

Absolutely loved it though!! Tbh, didn't think the 3D was all that great :confused3 You could have quite easily taken the glasses off and watched it normally, there was a slight difference but it wasn't like things were jumping out at you or anything.

Was in the Disney store today and saw they had a Wilderness Explorer Halloween costume  It was so cute!

DD said she wanted to try and touch the stuff that comes out the screen but if the case that nothing does pop out may aswell just watch it in 2D instead.

I wasn't aware that you could watch it in 2D, I thought all showings were 3D? I agree though, it's just a little 'enhanced', nothing flying out etc.

My local cinema doesnt show films in 3d (:headache:) only 2d....looks like we may aswell go and see it at the local cinema then.

Yeah you can view it in 2D and 3D! Although I found at the cinema I went to there is only like 1/2 2D showings a day, whereas there was ALOT more 3D showings! I went to one of the Odeon's which is normally £7.50 (bad enough already) for a standard (adult) ticket, but they've added a £2.25 surcharge on top for 3D!

I remember the days when it was like £3 odd to get into the cinema! And they wonder why people illegally download movies :rolleyes1
