Grand Cayman Stingray Tours - What's the Difference?

What is the difference between two of the tours in Grand Cayman, one is called “Stingray City Snorkeling and Discover Cayman Tour” and the other is “Island Tour and Snorkeling with Stingrays”. The Island tour is $5 in difference and they are at different times in the day but otherwise look the same from the descriptions.

I was wondering the same thing! The way it was explained at the shore excursion presentation was that the one called "Island Tour and Snorkeling With Stingrays" breaks you up into smaller groups and therefore might be better for families with children who would like more personalized attention. We had already booked that one in advance, and we loved it!! We were pretty much broken down into vanloads for the island tour part, and we were fortunate to have a great tour guide...so amusing! It was a small enough group to allow lots of interaction on the stiongray part. The captain was in the water with us handing out food, holding stingrays over our heads for photos, coaxing reluctant kids, etc. I heartily recommend it!
