Bahamas Immigration Form Question

I'm trying to fill out our info cards....for the Bahamas Immigration form do I sign the passenger signature portion for my kids (11,9) or does it not matter??? Also....(dumb question alert!) port of embarkation - ???? that is where we leave from right? This all seemed so simple when our TA explained it to us.... :confused:

There are no dumb questions on this Board. Port of embarkation is Port Canaveral. Sorry, I can't help with the kids' forms; but I'm sure someone has had to fill these out.

Hi Ann! For my daughter's form, I always sign it as (my name) for (daughter's name). They do need to be signed, and it's fine for an adult to sign it for a minor child too young to sign his/her own name. :D
