Well my family came down to celebrate our son's 9th Birthday. We first stayed at a studio at BLT. Let me say that the location and views were spectacular. The size of the studio was on the very small size. Yesterday we moved over to OKW in a 1br and it is massive in size (our first time here). The weather is hot (big surprise). The parks weren't too bad on the weekends but Hollywood Studios was packed this morning (Toy Story Mania lives up to the hype). Anyhow we are heading over to the main pool in a few minutes.

We stayed at OKW in January of this year. Loved it so much that (just a few days ago) we put in a bid to buy a resale contract at OKW. You are right - the rooms are huge!!! I know it's not the "hot spot" like BLT but who can complain about all that space? I loved the homey feel to it - I am a low key kind of person and at the end of the day it was a great place to come back and relax.

Go to Olivia's and try the luau bread - delish :love:

BTW, I live in Northern NJ too!

Old Key West is our home resort, and by far our favorite. Enjoy your vacation!!! FYI....I too am from Northern NJ. Small world:cool1:

Tell me more! What type of studio did you have at BLT? View? We are staying in a standard view studio for 1 night. I am considering requesting a monorail view since my kids could sit and watch the monorail all week long! We are staying at BLT to save a few points then are moving to AKV.

BTW, we LOVE OKW too! You can't beat the size of the villas!
