View Full Version : Cannot Access DVC Page

Every time I try to access the DVC page I get a message that says:

"We're sorry.

The page you are trying to access is currently not available."

I am able to access the pages with my PC but not my MacBook . This has been going on for months, and usually I just lug the PC out. Now, however, I am getting fed up! Anyone know how to fix this??

Have you tried to clear your cache and cookies? I have a MacBook and have not had any problems getting onto DVC member website. I'd also restart my MacBook. If this doesn't work I'd call Applecare immediately!

I have heard that if you have more than one Disney user name the DVC system sometimes has trouble with your cache and cookies. But I didn't think it was related to a MacBook.

I have an IMac and sometime when I cannot access a page, I will change from Safari to another browser (I use Firefox) and I can then get on the page. Maybe it's worth a try.
