There are 4:
Wolfgang Puck Cafe (west side). There is also a QS place in Marketplace which is excellent and accepts the dining plan.
Planet Hollywood
Raglan Road
Cap'n Jack's
Of those 4, I've eaten regularly at 2 of them - Wolfgang Puck Cafe and Planet Hollywood. I enjoy both, but I prefer Wolfgang Puck. Their macadamia nut crusted chicken breast with garlic mashed potatoes is basically my favorite meal in all of WDW. Plus their FL key lime pie is to die for!
I also love the atmosphere & food at Planet Hollywood.

Wolfgang Puck Cafe is amazing. Take note that there are 2 Wolfgang Puck Express locations. These are counter service establishments. For table service you want Wolfgang Puck Cafe at Downtown Disney Westside.
I highly recommend the macadamia-crusted chicken breast. It's the best entree I've ever had at WDW.

I second the macadamia crust chicken at WP.
Raglan Road is GREAT! Great food, great ambiance!

We really enjoyed the food at Planet Hollywood last week. The place was too noisy to even talk but the food was very good. Went to Raglan Road again because we loved it 2 years ago but it seems to have gone downhill. We were on the DXDDP and there were some appetizers that were 'not allowed' even on the deluxe plan. Also our favorite appetizers and main dishes are no longer served plus some of the desserts are gone. The food we got was not great. Overall I wouldn't recommend it and we certainly won't eat there again.

We went to Cap'n Jacks for lunch. The adult meals were good but the children's menu was pathetic. Uncrustables, mac n cheese and chicken fingers were the choices. The only high point for my kids was the berry smoothie for dessert. :)
