DAY 11-APRIL 11th.

I woke at 6am,got myself ready as usual whilst the others slept until i woke them at 6-45am.I did'nt fancy breakfast today,breakfast every morning was bloating me(i don't have brekkie at home)so Tony+Chloe went down to fetch breakfast for themselves+Emily,and a glass of orange juice for me,and brought it back to eat in the room.
Today we were off to Universal Studios-i do enjoy this park i feel there is more for me to do here.We had given up on the free shuttles by now as they just were'nt getting us to the parks for opening time-which is what we like to do.So we ordered a Taxi,paid $12 and got there for 20mins before opening

We was pretty near the front of one of the turnstiles.We made our way straight to The Simpsons ride-a walk on :cool1:.We knew Emily would'nt be able to handle this after what we had heard+seen about this ride.So we done a rider swap,i rode with Chloe first-oh boy what a fantastic ride :banana:,it was excellent,and Emily deffinatley would'nt have handled it-i am glad we made the decision for her not to ride.I do still miss Back To The Future but they done good with The Simpsons.We came out+then Tony+Chloe rode,poor Emily was sobbing by now as she really wanted to ride-she loves The Simpsons.We waited in the rider swap room watching Simpsons clips.We then made our way outside to wait for Tony+Chloe.As we met up with them Homer+Marge were just appearing for signings+pictures,so went to say hello.Emily was very,very happy now+the tears soon stopped.

We had a look in Kwik-E-Mart,what a great shop,Tony made a mental note of what he wanted to buy for his Dad+younger brother when we would return later in the day before going back to the hotel.
Tony went off to ride Revenge Of The Mummy(single rider-straight on) whilst i took the girls into the ET shop.Tony met back up with us and we all rode ET-we love this ride+Emily also enjoyed it :thumbsup2.We came out into the shop and Emily had her picture done sitting on the bike and we all had our picture done with ET in his closet-Total $23.38.
Tony then took Chloe on Woody Woodpeckers Nuthouse Coaster 2x's,and me+Emily went back on ET,we rode 3 times :headache:.Now i love this ride but a total of 4 times in the space of about 30mins :laughing:,at least we found something that Emily enjoyed.We met back up and the girls played on the slides for a bit

whilst i made my way round to the beginning of the park to see what the queue times were like for Shrek 4-d+Jimmy Neutron.JN was showing 50mins-so no way for that,Shrek was showing 25mins,so i got in line+rang Tony for him to meet me there.
We loved this ride,such great fun and thankfully all our seats where working.The last time we rode this when we came with Chloe my seat worked but Tony's+Chloe's did'nt :confused3,and we wasn't in the stationary seats.We came outside+queued to see Donkey,Shrek+Fiona.Donkey was just brilliant,he asked the girls there names+said i bet you come from London(in an english accent),asked them if they had been to tea with the queen+then started singing London Bridge Is Falling Down-hilarious :rotfl2:.You cannot miss a visit to Donkey.

We went for lunch in Louie's a first for us and we was'nt dissapointed,very very tasty.
Me-Spaghetti+Meatballs
Tony-Meatball+Cheese Sub
Chloe+Emily-shared 1 slice of pepperoni pizza+a portion of garlic breadsticks-no marinara sauce.
1 Large coke+2 slices of chocolate cake to share.
Total $22.73(my meal was free as the lady that was serving me was getting shouted at by some bloke who had been waiting 10mins for his whole pizza+she obviously did'nt put my meal through).
We went to get the obligatory pic with Jaws

and then rode.Wait time was 30mins-turnt out to be 40mins :headache:,Emily was a little scared when Jaws appeared from the water,but a good ride was had by all.
Next was Disaster-25min wait-but was in fact 40mins :headache:.I like the new beginning to this with Christopher Walken.There was 2 guys they picked for certain roles+we were laughing so much they were great sports.
We went+met Scooby,Shaggy+Velma-the girls love Scooby.

We had a rest overlooking the lake,a regular Sprite,Lemonade Slush+2 Churro's to share,oh how i had missed Uni's lemonade slush :love:.Total $9.66.
We made our way back to meet up with Curious George+Man In The Yellow Hat(as i has asked about meeting them when i went to see the times for Shrek+Jimmy Neutron)-now this i have been waiting for.Emily is so in love with Curious George+her little face was a picture when she realised who we were queueing up to meet :cutie:.She ran to him+launched the biggest cuddle on him possible+yes there was tears in my eyes+a lump in my throat.

Guess what we rode next-YES E.T. :laughing:,it was only showing a 15min wait so we all went on it.
Time was getting on now+today was a very hot day,the girls were getting tired+so was i,so we decided to go back to Kwik-E-Mart+Tony got what he needed-Simpsons Magic Flannel,Homer Keyring,Simpsons Name Keyring,Duff Beer Glass+Simpsons plastic tumbler $40.21.
The girls went in the Cartoon Store and Emily bought a Curious George BasketBall+Book,Dora Tumbler+a Cat In The Hat curly straw.Chloe bought a Spongebob Named DogTag+Key chain.We bought Emily a Curious George hoody+fridge photo magnet.
We then made our way to the Universal Studio Store(near the entrance)where we bought Chloe a Sponge Bob t-shirt+Jibbitz+a Krusty fridge photo magnet.We bought Emily a Dora Jibbitz.
I bought myself a really nice Universal Studios bag,lots of pockets+zips+goes across the shoulder $22.95 :eek:.
We made our way out of the park and got a Taxi-$7.00, straight to Chilli's,arriving at 5.40pm.
Me-Classic Steak Fajita's
Tony-Buffalo Chicken Fajita's
Chloe-Cheeseburger,fries+choc milk
Emily-Cheese pizza+sweetcorn(she had some of Chloe's fries)+coke.
Me+Tony had 4 strawberry pina colada's(2 for 1).No dessert as we still had some of Chloe's birthday cake left at the hotel.
Total $57.What a fantastic meal,the fajitas were gorgeous,we can't wait to go back there in 2011-highly recommend.
We popped into Walgreens for some more sunglasses-this is the 2nd pair Emily had lost so far,Mountain Dew+Cherry Dr Pepper.
We got back to the hotel,and a Swan towel animal was waiting for us on the bed-i was jumping for joy :laughing:,but it did look like a rather rude swan if you know what i mean :scared1:.The girls were so tired they did'nt want to go swimming,so they had some of Chloe's birthday cake, a bath+were in bed by 8.15pm.Me+Tony watched Family Guy+some cop program and were in bed at 10.35pm.x.
