Are restaurants flexible with substituting items on the kids menus? If not, I think it might be better to pay cash for some of our 4 yr old son's TS meals and use his credits to get some CS breakfasts/lunches to share when we have no meal planned.
Thanks for your advice/information.
Last year, restaurants seemed flexible because my son has an egg allergy but most of our meals were buffets so there were lots of choices anyway. This year we are doing more non-buffets and the choices for the Child menus seem limited.
We want him to try new things but he is usally happy with spaghetti, veggies, fruit, pizza, hot dogs. Disney's breadings for chicken and fish all have egg. It would be nice to sub child menu items for just extra dishes of veggies or fruit - healthier food. I remember Tutto Italia gave him two giant dishes of strawberries (that were absolutely delicious).
Non-Buffet Meals Planned - Nothing Much on Child's Menu Our Son Will Eat:
Yak and Yeti
California Grill
Other Non-Buffet Meals (most have pasta or pizza):
Marrakesh
Mama Melrose
Liberty Tree
Kona Cafe
Narcoosees
Citrocos
Jiko
