Adding DP and tkts to a room only w/ pincode

Okay, I have room only on a pin code for WL that I got back in January.

Now, I simply want to add the DP and tkts to it. The CM that I spoke with said that it couldn't be done.

True? or do I need to call again?

True because once you add tickets and the DP it becomes a package and the ressie code has to change and the pin code would then become invalid.
