October 24, 2009 Magic - But I'm not a BOB...?

I have just stumbled across the B.O.B. links while looking up our cruise. My husband and I are taking the 7 day 10/24 Magic cruise. It is the first "grown-up-only" vacation in many years and our first cruise ever. We picked DCL over other cruise lines because they can accommodate our food allergies (we know for sure that WDW can and we are hoping for the same) and because the ship came highly recommended from our travel agent.

I have to sheepishly admit, I am a little overwhelmed by all the responses and threads for this cruise. How many BOBs are there?!?
Will we be outsiders if we are not with BOB???

I just joined the BOB group about a month ago when we booked, and I totally understand what you mean about all the threads for the group.. I was a little intimidated to jump in there as well, but I was welcomed with open arms! There are some very active posters in the group, some old (from the Konked Cruisers in 2007) and some new, like us! Everyone is more than welcome to join in.

We are counting down the days until our cruise - it is the first real vacation without the kids in many years. We are very excited to have been assigned a room on deck 8 - we will look for you there :cool1:

Now that I have stumbled upon all this information, I suppose I need to start thinking about a magnet for our door...
