Thank God there will be no rain. Wish it would be a little warmer. But how can we go wrong with 70's and sunny:cool1::cool1:
When I last checked- Anaheim this week is warming up to the 80's F !!!
The good news for all of us, though, is that Puerta Vallarta, Manzanillo, and Cabo are all also sunny and in the 80's F !!! (At least for the next few days, hopefully that continues for the following week)

Weather should be warmer as we head south. :cloud9: But, it reminded me that I need to pack light sweaters and jackets.

I wondered that also, I would love to be with the group on here.
If it's like our other dolphin things we should be able to gather and get in the same group, anywhere from 6-8 people with a dolphin. We'll just work extra hard to get you, Dany, her DD and the 3 of us in a group, that is 6.
Everyone in the FE--please look at the FE link right before you leave, and print out then. I had another change come in yesterday for NordyGirl. I will change those cabin numbers to red font so you can easily see the changes.
Thank you Kristi!! Last minute room changes will be noted but the labels may still show old room #.

Wow, lots of exciting stuff going on around here while I was absent!
Well, I haven't done too well with my packing but today is the day. Still working on our big "reveal" to the boys. Right now they think we're going up the coast for a few days (hehehe) and my oldest is very upset to be missing a few bday parties on that silly "up the coast trip". But I have a feeling the sight of the Wonder will make all that go away...

Kel - I just found the FB page for this cruise...PM me and I will tell you all about DVC! Yes, there are perks for joining while at sea...
so what was the whole mess on FB about? since the person removed their posts I missed the gist of it. By giving one's name and ages - one is not really giving away enough information for identity theft - but if they are asking for more. I am NOT trying to rile folks up again - just asking what I missed...
3 more nights at work...and super sick to boot...never fails. A little PD for a speedy recovery from this stupid URI would be appreciated!
Welcome to lizac - I have enough extra FE gifts - so I will be sure to include your and yours - total number of people in the cabin is 3 or 4?

Well... I just want to make it clear... I know that I joined late.. but it was not intentional... Again...I had no idea what an FE was... I really appreciate everyones responses... I don't want anyone to feel like they have to put anything in it... I went shopping today and I found some knick knacks... I will be walking the halls with my girls and we are just going to put them in the FE's we see...... It will be exiting for my girls...I will probably go out and buy some more this week... I spent the entire weekend making this FE and it came out pretty good. I found a website called Scrapping the Magic and I followed the steps to make it... It came out very nice...Looking forward to meeting you all!!! Lissette

Hi all --
Now that I've finally (FINALLY!) started packing, I came across the cute little pirate girl dress (size 3T-4T) that my DD wore at Pirate night on our last Disney cruise 2 years ago. All of our pirate girls have outgrown it, so if anyone wants it, I'll bring it along. PM me if you're interested, and I'll send you a picture of it. pirate:
Safe travels everyone, and we'll see you very soon! :yay::yay:

Oh Lissette, no worries at all. I am always happy to add extra people in. I always have extra kids at my house, in my car, taking to the park, I always seem to have more than my 3. I plan for extras :goodvibes Glad you found our group. Take a look at the meets we have planned so we can all meet in person. Have you checked out the website at

Okay, did not get any packing done today. But we did our final Walmart trip for sunblock and snacks for the road. Got an extra SD card and a car-charger for my Ipod. Why is getting ready for the trip almost as expensive as the trip?

Wow, been tied up all weekend and came back to lots of pages to read. Thanks again for the birthday wishes!! I'm almost done with my FE's and lanyards. Should have it all done by tomorrow.
Thanks for the response... As I said I am sooooo new to all of this... What are the lanyards for? Where do I post our names?
Hello - The lanyards are just another fun way to recognize everyone from the disboards. It will have the first name of everyone in your group and the disboard name on the bottom. They also come in handy to carry your key to the world card. If you interested you can PM me or post here. All I need are the first names. Also they are $1 each and you can pay me on the ship.

Welcome Lizac! I added your info to the website!
I put a poll on the website on where we should hold the SM reveal. Please go and vote. It'll be on Day 10, last sea day at 4 pm. If you can't make it, it's no big deal, Helen and I have the complete list and will be able to tell your SM who you are!

For those traveling soon, safe travels! It's chaotic in our household. DH is taking a work trip and won't be home until Thursday night and then he has to head back out to Vegas AGAIN on Saturday. Sunday cannot come soon enough...

yes, but they are not that good. I suggest if you have the space/weight you take your own. I also suggest that everyone take a power block. There is an outlet behind the TV but it is unreachable easily. I use the power block to extend that outlet into many!

they did make a point that if this new person on fb wanted a bracelet that was missing right away on a cruise on 3*13 then why did they wait until this cruise to ask. seems like someone on our cruise knows them and somethings is going on. i just agreed to not let our lists or its users known or its people on it. seems reasonable to me.
First of all, I am not a 'new' person, I have been on Dis for more than 5 years, have more than 4000 posts...the reason I posted on this cruise was because by the time I would have posted on the cruise that left today, most would have already traveled to the cruise and not received my request...I posted here b/c another Dis'er told me it would be a good idea. (see my original thread on the main Dis Cruise forum)
What I do not appreciate is your attempts to keep anyone from helping my daughter. I find it concerning that this is your first post. I so greatly appreciate any family who is willing to help my 11 year old daughter replace her special token bracelet...there are many special meanings to that bracelet that are personal and I do not want to go into here...but I would not have asked families to look unless the sentimental value was great.
Thanks again to those families who see this as what it is, a special request for a special daughter.

I'm sorry you encountered this Tara. For some reason we had some trolls visit us here and our FB site and cause problems with our happy group. I have just chalked it up to someone stirring the pot.
I am always willing and happy to help others. I know myself and a few others are happy to look for the bracelet for your daughter. It is really cute, if I find it and you get too many--we could just keep it. I too have lost sentimental items, I wish message boards were around or someway I could have gotten replacements.
Thanks for all of the good information you have contributed to the boards. Don't worry, I know someone will find that bracelet. :grouphug:

Woo Hoo! The kids got their phone call from Mickey last night and were SUPER excited! I've made a big dent in the packing; got all our door magnets printed & cut out and FE's packed and ready to go! :cool1: I KNOW already that i'm SEVERLY over packing, but as first timers, i guess that's to be expected, right?!?! Everyone keeps telling me that after our first cruise, i'll know more about what we REALLY need for the next one. In the meantime, DH is just about having a coronary with all the things i'm packing! He'll be the thankful one though when i have what he needs, right?! :thumbsup2 I have a feeling there will be very little sleep between now and Thursday morning when we head to LAX (doing a couple days at DL before the cruise!). Can't wait to meet you guys!! :yay:

I am happy to say that we are 90% packed...just have those minor things (like the toothbrushes and such that can't be packed yet) left to go! And, it looks like 1 carry on suitcase for each with a garment bag for some of the extras:cool1:
So....my question for today....what is that one thing you bring that is not an obvious one??? The ones I have learned from the board before: over the door shoe holders, collapsable hampers and power strip, those would be the 3 that really made a difference in my cruising comfort. Anyone else have any good..never would have thought of that ideas????
3 days of work left....and only 5 days until I can spill the beans to my kiddos:banana:

Has anyone requested a specific dining rotation (APT..., PTA..., TAP...)? I called DCL today and they said my TA could request one if we wanted, although we wouldn't find out for sure until onboard. We (along with MBoys and MiniCoops) are main/early seating , and not real particular regarding which rotation (but I know some are, so they can work around ports, Palo, etc.). Anyway, I just thought it might be fun (or it could be pandemonium :dance3:) if some of us with kids in the same age range were in the same rotation. If anyone has any thoughts or suggestions on this, either way, please share.
Thanks! pirate:

I haven't requested one (dining rotation) or another. Wouldn't really know how to choose! Am nervous about dining with "strangers"...even though it's always worked out before! So, if all go for a certain rotation, I'd like to join in!

It's certainly not "never would have thought of that", however you might consider some wine and/or other adult beverages! That way if you do forget something, you can have a drink and "make it all better". :drinking1
But seriously, one thing we don't go without is some type of sealable water container for each person for shore trips/excursions. We fill them with ice water up on the pool deck before we head out and throw them in a backpack to take with us. They're also great for taking to the shows, to wash down that salty popcorn. popcorn:: And, they don't spill! An assortment of Ziploc bags always come in handy as well.

Hey if anyone needs those glow-in-the-dark bracelets for the kids to sleep, I have quite a few. JoJo also has my pen flashlight we will attach to the railing with a climbing clip too. Insides are very dark even with a nightlight.
I am also bringing some blank CD's in case we can get a few of us on one package at the Dolphin Swim. Don't forget we CAN NOT wear any sunscreen in with the dolphins, at all, or regular sunscreen if you go snorkeling/diving. We just wear a t-shirt/rash guard to keep from burning. My feelings exactly.
I knew I should have found our fish extender, made door decorations, etc. months ago... but no, I'm doing it tonight instead.
Plus I swear the whole fam decided they need every single article of clothing they own washed so they have a full wardrobe to choose from for packing. Of course that means they're all sitting around waiting for me to finish laundry, so the actual packing hasn't begun yet. Ack!!
If I could just cancel the multitude of other commitments already on the calendar for this week I might be OK. Darn life getting in the way of vacay preparation anyway!
Really disappointing about Tesoro. I was afraid that would be the case though. I still have no idea what we're going to do that day either.

Sheila, we can talk about it onboard. But I think we might just go to Playa Audiencia, the beach where Tesoro is at, and hang out there for a few hours. I have read there are restaurants that will let you use their umbrella's and chairs if you buy food/drink from them. I am worried it is going to be incredibly crowded though.

I am happy to say that we are 90% packed...just have those minor things (like the toothbrushes and such that can't be packed yet) left to go! And, it looks like 1 carry on suitcase for each with a garment bag for some of the extras:cool1:
Well look at you! We are about 75% packed but ummm, well the only carry-on will be the one with the booze (and swimsuits crammed in the side pocket). We have 3, ahem, suitcases. :scared1: But to my defense we are driving to the port so I'm bringing the world with us, HA! If I were concerned with bag weight for air travel it would have been a whole different story. Honestly...no really, I mean it. Ahhh come on you guys, now don't be laughing at me....

Okay, so I emailed Tesoro resort in Manzanillo today about their day passes for the 22nd. They have high occupancy and will not be selling them. Bummer!:sad2: I was really hoping to go there. So I guess I will start emailing all the resorts and see what is open.
Not sure what else to do.
Bummer! Oh well, I'm not going to stress over it. Maybe they'll have some suggestions at the excursion desk when we get on board?
After waiting MONTHS for this cruise to arrive, how did I suddenly end up feeling like I don't have enough time to get everything done??? :confused3
I'm with you! Work has intensified this week rather than mellowing out and I'm so stressed with getting it all done. I have about another 25% to go on my packing and at the end of the day I'm just exhausted. Oh well, it'll get done!
I feel exactly the same way!! I thought I was so prepared and am now feeling like I have a million things to do... and oh yeah I am out of town the next 3 days for work!!
Yes, I too feel a tad unprepared. Target is getting regular visits from me for minor things, like Sunscreen...how do you almost forget sunscreen??! Brother, just get me to San Pedro stat!

Well, we have always made the best of days in any port without excursions, and I am hoping this will be the same. Found Hector's business card....shall I call him and see if he wants to meet us there!!!! (Hector was a fantastic taxi driver we used in Acup. on the PC cruise in 08) Most other friends didn't enjoy the port because of the excursions but we all had a blast having a private tour from Hector the Protector...he was an extra in a Rambo movie.

What do you suggest???

So, I called up DCL right after we changed rooms. They told me the same thing....cross out room number with sharpie and not touch barcode. I guess that is what I will do.
I am not too worried about the luggage being misplaced. We are checking in late for the cruise. I think that the luggage CMs are less likely to make mistakes toward the end of the day. In the morning check-ins they must deal with the big demand of everyone trying to check-in and everyone checking out. I am sure it is crazy for them.

just caught me - I am wheels up in 17 hrs!
don't use the prepared ones...arrive without any tags, the porters have "temp" tags and will tag the luggage with the correct room number.
You should take the original tags with you in case they don't have them in LA (I have only arrived at LA never sailed from there) - BUT BE SURE TO BLOCK OUT ALL THE BAR CODING AND THE PRINTED ROOM NUMBERS. This will ensure that the person reading them has to actually read the numbers! You can use any permenent (spelling on that one is off I am sure) and black it out completely. I have done this without a problem in Fl. I then write in LARGE clear numbers on a sticker my NEW cabin number and stick it to the tag.
Keep me posted...and see you on Sunday!!

JillWe have brought a case of water with us on every cruise (out of FL). It was never a problem, just put a luggage tag on it and the porters would take it. I thought I read somewhere recently that the porters were not taking the water. They are not contracted through Disney (who says no water in checked luggage) so didn't really care what you checked as long as you tipped them. I could be wrong but I really think this is what I read. I would post on the main boards and ask recent cruisers out of LA.
Since everyone has been hyping up the water on board this will be the first cruise where we don't take our own case. We'll just fill up water bottles at the drink station.

I consider myself a water snob....there are only a few types of bottled waters I will drink...won't even drink our own water from our well...but I did drink the water on board our last cruise and thought it tasted fine. So, I think we are going with the water at the drink stations as well....and we might bring some vitamin packets to mix in them occasionally. In Cabo, Medando beach is the popular one which is close to the tender area. I think might be a tad bit to walk to from what I have read. You can grab a taxi or water taxi to take you there. That is what we will be doing,

As for the wine...last trip to FL we packed 2 boxes of wine and a plastic bottle of captain morgan. They flew fine, made it on and off the dream and kept our thirst quenched through the whole trip! Hmmm, all this speak of boxed wine. I'm not sure I'm ready to take that leap. I really enjoy a sweet Gawertz or late Reisling and I'm doubting that a frantic trip to Target will find me a box of wine that compares...or am I wrong?
Tonight at work I am finishing the FE group 1/half list necklaces and I'll be amazed if they have a life span of one whole day if anyone's child is as rough as mine are with them. They are cute to look at, though! :cutie:
We bring our own bottles for water fillup and some water bottles. I grew up in the San Fernando Valley Ca. and tap water was NOT drinkable...still isn't (I visit often and sometimes make that grave mistake of drinking tap water). I remember when I moved to Denver and I couldn't find anyone's water in their fridge, I asked at a holiday party "hey, where do you keep your water?" The whole room froze and stared at me. The answer in Denver, "in the tap!" Duh, Rocky Mtn Spring water...it really is yummy from the tap. Culture shock at it's best!!

Hey out there, last minute question for my group 1/half list. I have the following kids down as a YES for my crafty bottlecap necklaces (worth zero on the black market and have a possibly very short lifespan). If I missed a message from you, and you can tell me ig your kid would enjoy one, and which character your kid likes, I would love to make it! Still time!!
I have on my list YES necklace: Jake, Dylan, Jessica, Samantha, Lilie, Emilie, Jaide, Taylor, Dominic, Adriana, Jojo, Aiden, Colin, Allison, Matilde, Grace, Isabelle, Danny, Brennan.
It was too hard for me (waah, *tear*) to read every single DISboard message to see if there was a random reply thrown in days after my note. Wish DIS had some sort of categorizing of topics like FB, it's much easier to keep track of conversations and not miss things. Oh, I'm sure I'd still miss something with all the excitement going on right now!!
Anyway, thanks for reading this if you still have time to respond please PM me so I don't miss it. A specific character is easier for me to do than random, but for random I'll probably do pirate for boy and princesses for girl, fyi.
Thx DIS friends...meet you soon!!!:hippie:

just a few comments about water...yes, the porters will take it in Fl, not sure about Cali...
for you water snobs (I also am picky)...the water on the ship is actually TOO pure...they distill it and have to ADD minerals back in!! It is better water than ANY bottled water because of that. The ships water plant makes thousands of gallons every day - fresh just for us! So, tap, water station or soda fountain - DCL's water is pretty darn good!
I will see you all on Sunday - I am here in Cali (sweatshirt in hand - kinda cool) and off to Calif. Adventure for the day TTYS!!!

We have brought a case of water with us on every cruise (out of FL). I would post on the main boards and ask recent cruisers out of LA..
In the past we've brought water. I recently read that in San Pedro they're not taking the water anymore so we're not brining it either. I'm just bringing a few bottles so we'll have them for port days and can refill on the ship...Kaylee convinced me the water is fine. And I'm bringing along my new favorite, MiO water enhancers.
Can't wait to meet everyone. Can't believe it's finally here!!!

I'm sure just the thought will be stressful to all you early planners... but I pulled the suitcases out last night and I'm waiting for everyone to wake up so the packing can begin. DD has 2 trips to pack for too since we're taking her straight from the ship to science camp. I still have a list of stuff to pick up from the drug store, and I have to finish DD's backpack she's bringing for signatures. Ack! I hope we make it to the Doubletree in time for the meet. :rotfl:
So excited it's cruise time though! Looking forward to meeting everyone soon. :thumbsup2

I'm still rocking and rolling! Hopefully be back to normal tomorrow. I'm very sad and missing the ship...and friendly faces! It was nice to meet those of you who I met, sorry to have missed meeting everyone else; there was just so much to do. Plus my little one caught the bug that almost quarantined our ship which kept me in the cabin on the long cabo day and today my oldest is home with the same bug!!! Bummer!
Also, thank you so much for the FE gifts. They were all wonderful.

Just wanted to thank everyone for making this our best cruise yet! The girls are ready to live full time on the ship...it really did feel like home after 10 days. And, the friends we made were the icing on the cake (or should I say the Chocolate on the Mickey Bar!). Everything about this trip was awesome for both kids and adults alike (except for maybe that singing show). We're booked for the 7-day version of the same cruise next spring break (first week of April) and have a couple of place holders as well. Now if I can only find some money to pay for them!!
Thanks to all for the great FE gifts and a special shout out to Kristi, Connie, and Helen (and others) for stepping up in the organizing department and making this whole thing happen! You guys are amazing! :worship:
Anyway, after a 5-hour drive home yesterday, picking up the dog, wading through 2 weeks of mail, doing 7 loads of laundry, cleaning the pool, and then (after a short sleep) getting up at 3:00 am to go fly 4 times today, I'm still hanging on to my cruise "high"...it was that good. Even found a few minutes today to do some surfing of the cruise sites looking for that next deal. Our best to all and hope to see you again! I'll be lurking on the boards if anyone is out there.

Hello to all!!
Boy I can't believe how much I miss the cruise. Last night I kept waking up thinking I was still on the ship with all the rocking and rolling. I was still riding a high today but after a couple of hours back at work it started to waste away.
I booked a 5 day Bahamas cruise for 7/13/12 and a 7 day Caribbean over Thanksgiving for 2012. Won't be able to do both but I guess I have awhile to decide.
I know there were many who got sick (including my son Aiden). Hopefully everyone still had a good time. Kel - I was so sorry to hear that your daughter got sick on her birthday. I hope you guys still had a great time.
I must say that this was an awesome group and I had so much fun meeting you all. The FE's were really great! The boys loved it and I feel like I got so many nice souvenirs. It was amazing.

I can't believe its our second day back to reality. This morning the kids woke up and asked to go to Beach Blanket for breakfast. I had to tell them that we weren't on the cruise anymore and they had a choice between cereal and pbj. I was just as heartbroken as they were.
Welcome back everyone. We also did booked a dummy date. Hoping to sale in May of 2013.

We also booked a dummy date. We are hoping to cruise to Alaska in 2013 or possibly take their Christmas cruise out of Galveston Tx in 2012. Right now Virdis wants to Galveston so we can see his family before/after the cruise, but I want Alaska. Don't tell Virdis but seeing the inlaws is not a vacation.
Thanks to all for the great FE gifts and a special shout out to Kristi, Connie, and Helen (and others) for stepping up in the organizing department and making this whole thing happen! You guys are amazing! :worship:
Yes, the FE gifts were amazing. My kids loved running to our cabin to see if we received an FE for the day. Once we got home my kids decided to leaving some FE gifts for their uncle, who lives with us. They each left him a gift on the floor of his bedroom door. Unfortunately they didn't tell him about the gifts before he walked out of his room and tripped over them. It was funny and sweet at the same time.
Hello to all!!

No one in our family got sick on the cruise. But Virdis has come down with something now that we are back. Luckily he has taken the rest of the week off, but he is sick in bed coughing up a lung. If it weren't for his illness, I'm sure he would be on the disboards and the DCL site looking for the best fares and cabins for our next cruise. Pray for his speed return to health.
It was such a pleasure to meet all of you. For many of you are paths crossed several times (Kristi, Gabriela, Cayla, Jennifer W., and Susie) and for others we saw in passing. My family and I had an amazing time. We look forward to cruising again and hope that we see you again on another cruise or somewhere else.

Since Brennan insists on watching Dora right now and won't let me watch the Royal Wedding, I thought I would take the time to write my thoughts on the cruise.
We had a fantastic time on the cruise. It started out a little rocky with my kids misbehaving at the port and driving me nuts. I wanted to socialize but they kept tugging on me telling me how bored they were. Also I woke up the day before with the beginnings of a cold. Luckily I was able to stop by a Vons on the way to the port to stock up on some meds. I loved seeing everyone in the port at check in and talking to fellow DISers in line. Susan, I had to laugh at that pushy lady who cut in front of you in line to get into the port. She totally pushed past us on the gangway to get on the ship, leaving her family to apologize as they were trying to catch up with her. I kept seeing her the whole cruise. My kids were cranky the first day and I had to leave the Welcome Aboard show as Brennan just would not sit still and the people behind us were getting annoyed. To top off the rocky start Isabelle got sea sick and vomited all over the entrance of Animators Palette when my husband was taking her back to the room. So if you saw that during 2nd dining, I apologize.
I was not going to let the first day bring me down, and our vacation started as soon as we dropped the kids off in the club on day 2. Luckily the kids really loved the clubs and spent a lot of time there. Even Brennan at just under 3 had a great time there. We loved all the ship activities, especially Bingo, the Character meets in Studio Sea, eating, Who wants to be a Mouseketeer , the drinks of the day, the shows, the Mickey pool, and did I mention eating. Kevin and I also got to see some of the adult shows in Wavebands at 10:30pm.
We did the zip lining in PV with Paul, Dana, Amy and kids. Had a great time and would highly recommend it. Did the Tesoro Resort in Manzanillo, was extremely crowded and I am kicking myself for the waste of money. Took a water taxi around Cabo and then did the beach in front of Billygans, crowded with the bump & grind spring breakers—but it was cheap and the kids loved playing in the ocean. Nothing like spending Easter listening to Katie Perry and Sir Mixalot watching people doing jello-shots. The kids loved the tender rides in Cabo to see the pelicans and seals.
I think the highlight of the trip for me was knowing so many people on the ship. I loved running into all of you and chatting. I think Kevin was annoyed with me at the end because he kept loosing me since I would find someone to talk to. Getting to know all of you before the cruise and then finally meeting and talking in person was great. Ann-Marie, Virdis, Gabriela, and Vitor—thank you for being such great table mates. We really enjoyed getting to know you guys. Danny was saying on the way home how he is going to miss Elijah. We will have to meet up again. Paul, you were definitely the man around the ship. We saw you everywhere. It was great talking to you guys and Sierra and Savanna are great girls. Would love to see you guys on DCL again sometime. Susan, Sandy, Dany, Karen, Helen, Connie, Penny—glad I ran into you girls several times and had the chance to talk. Kel, hope you are having a fun time still in SoCal. We will need to meet up in Discovery Kingdom a few more times. Michelle, wish I ran into you guys more. It seems like a saw some of you a bunch of times and others never ran into.
If anyone ever wants to come to the Sacramento area, you are all welcome to come and stay with us. However, I will not turn down you bed, create a towel animal, or leave you a chocolate at bedtime.
We loved all the FE’s, they were awesome and fun. Helen, my kids used your bags to hold all of their gifts in. They are having fun going through all of their treasures at home. Thank you to everyone for such thoughtful and fun gifts. Also thank you to Stacey, Gabriela and Penny for the wonderful birthday presents for Isabelle, that was too sweet of you girls.
I was a tad disappointed in our servers and stateroom host. They did their jobs but did not add the special extra touches that I like on a cruise. Our asst. server asked every single night what we wanted to drink. One of my favorite things of a cruise is to come to the dinner table and have my iced tea waiting for me. Also, we did not get the fun hats made out of napkins for the character breakfast. I did notice about half the restaurant got them and half did not. I felt our waiter had his hands full taking our orders and getting the food out, he did not really have time to be too personal. Our stateroom host I saw like 1 time the entire 10 nights. Again, our rooms were cleaned quickly and well, he just did not add any personal touches. I think for our next cruise I will get recommendations of excellent serving teams for the boards and request them. That makes a big difference for me.
I can’t wait to take our next DCL cruise. We did book 2 rooms for dummy dates, but it looks like only one room got booked. I need to call up DCL today and check on the other room. Hoping to cruise in May of 2013. Also, we noticed last night that we left a toy in our room. Not sure if it can be returned, but I will call and ask. Too bad I can’t meet the ship in San Francisco tomorrow and pick up our toy.
Thank you to everyone for a fantastic 18 months on our meet thread. I am going to miss coming here everyday. If anyone wants to keep in touch you can find me on FB under Kristi McAlpin Howard or my email is kh @ kristihoward dot com Of course, I will continue to be on the DIS boards as well.

Welcome Home everyone (should there be a smiley face there:confused3) We arrived home to SNOW! Yup, I said it....when we got home Wed afternoon it snowed here in WA:headache: Boy did that make me miss the beautiful weather even more.
Sorry that we didn't get to meet many of you...I kept missing all the events! At the DT, if I acted strange, it was because the girls still did not know about the cruise. Then I just seemed to be off on all the times for the meets. It was great to meet some of you, wish it could have been all.
We too got the 'bug"...my youngest came down with it the day after Lisa's youngest and we were in our cabin.
I read the comment about the servers....we said the same thing...when are the going to figure out that the kids each want coke with dinner? we would usually get our drinks about 20 min after sitting down! And, for the first 3 nights, our asst server was giving the kids DIET coke!!!!! The staff just seemed very flustered to me....but it was still enjoyable. We spent quite a bit of our time in the cove cafe and adult pool while the kids were off having fun.
Thanks for all the wonderful FE gifts, some of you went over the top and are very talented and artistic!
And, Helen....I am with Lisa....please PM me your address and I will get you $$ for the lanyards. Sorry we missed you...

We (husband and I) had a great cruise. We loved all the dancing done in Wavebands and Promenade Lounge and even by Quiet Cove pool! Our servers Terry and Maggie were wonderful. They made dinner enjoyable each night. We liked the games and activities when we could make it. (Won Match your Mate and loved the champagne.) Favorite show was Dreams. We did the Pirate cruise in PV which was fun and cheesy and nicely pirate-y. Lounging in the sun on the island was great too. Manzanillo was interesting but uneventful except for the stations of the cross procession. Cabo was a lazy day at Nikki Beach. Quiet, and full of mojitos! I enjoyed talking with lots of you on board. We booked for Hawaii, exactly one year away today! Hopefully we can re-create some of the good times we had and have some new ones in Hawaii!

Did anybody else book Hawaii? I see there are staterooms available, but the price is $10,600 for 2 adults and 1 child, too steep for me. And after that rough last sea day, I don't know if I can handle 5 straight sea days across the Pacific Ocean.

Hi, everyone! Just wanted to add my thanks for all the great FE gifts - my family loved checking the FE every day and we were amazed at the variety and creativity of the gifts. :goodvibes
We had a great cruise! DH thought 10 days might be too long but we all agree it went by much too fast. We had wonderful servers (Engelbert and Sjvetlana) and of course ate too much. The Outdoor Adventure excursion in PV was a blast and we really enjoyed our Dolphin swim in Cabo with Sandy, Karen, Michelle and their families. The snorkeling in Cabo wasn't so great but the boat ride was fun. In Manzanillo we just wandered around town a bit and then went back to the ship. Sea days were the best - lots of time relaxing and reading at the adult pool.
Really enjoyed meeting so many of you in person; bumping into people you knew really made the trip more fun. And many thanks to Kristi, Connie and Helen for all you did to organize things for us (although Helen, I really owe you one for giving DH that rubber band gun - I've already had to hide it from him or I was going to hit him with it! Boys and their toys....)
Now after two days of laundry and catching up on mail and chores my post-cruise depression has set in. Mostly 'cause I'm going to miss planning and chatting with all of you! It's been a lot of fun hanging out with everyone this past year and I hope we meet again on a future cruise. :grouphug:

I'll be lurking on the boards if anyone is out there.
pirate:It was so nice to meet you and your family. The girls were so good with Macy and she cried when she realized that she didn't say goodbye, so sad.
We look forward to cruising again and hope that we see you again on another cruise or somewhere else.Hate that I didn't get a chance to meet you Ann and that I only saw your hubby once. Hope he feels better soon.
Michelle, wish I ran into you guys more. It seems like a saw some of you a bunch of times and others never ran into. I know, it just seemed so crazy with the kids at times.
The Outdoor Adventure excursion in PV was a blast and we really enjoyed our Dolphin swim in Cabo with Sandy, Karen, Michelle and their families.
DanyWe had so much fun with everyone at the dolphin swim also.:goodvibes

Kristi - who were your severs? Kaylee and our families had the same let down as you described! No beverages, no cute hats, and no bandanas on pirate night!!! Our servers were Daniel and Inna...both nice people but did not seem to have the DCL technique down. On our previous two cruises we always had our beverages waiting for us upon entry to the dining room and this cruise we were lucky to get water by mid meal and it was rarely refilled. It was crazy. Our server always looked stressed (sweet man though) yet we never got our meals before 9sih!!!
Not to complain, we had a wonderful cruise and would do it over again. Incidentally I did request servers for our cruise but we didn't get them. :sad2:

our main server kind of sucked too, our asst. server was great but our main one all but ignored DD, she didn't like the kids meals and the main menu was a bit to much for her so if she asked for pasta and butter or grilled chicken and veggies he out right said no it was not on the menu, finally figured out at the end to go around him and ask the head server for our section.

I am sad to hear that everybody didnt get great service. We had hats a running joke with the whole table about hidden Mickeys everywhere (we started to bring our own in and stick them to the walls). We even had shrimp cocktail and Filapino chicken made special for folks at our table. Enough for all 8 of us to share both times. Our assistant server was a bit like Luna Lovegood from Harry Potter but so very sweet no one minded if she had a few oops moments. I want to request them both for my Hawaii cruise.

We too had a less than steller service team. Ours were Johanna & Jorge. Very nice and they seemed to try most of the time. Johanna was on an extended contract so she could see Alaska and we believe that Jorge was very new. Although the new kitchen staff had something to do with meals being wrong and very slow at times. The food in my opinion was very good expecially the pork at dinner.

Just got onto my laptop...:surfweb:
Want to thank everyone for their thoughtfulness and for including us ... It really made my girls days even that much more exiting!!!... I only got to meet a handful of you all and it was great to meet you...I gave out bags to some who had posted their staterooms even though we were not a part of the FE list...Hope your kids enjoyed it...AS for the cruise.. it was just ok for us.. my daughter and I were very sick the last 2 days... and my one daughter got extremely sick on the Pirate cruise in PV...
Didn't really care for Manzanillo..
however, LOVED CABO!!!..:thumbsup2
Not sure if I will be taking a cruise anytime soon since it was so bad the last 2 days... and our flight back to the EAST was pretty bumpy since they were trying to avoid all the crazy weather (tornados)... :cool1:
Now back to reality....

Glad your kids enjoyed the bags!! They took some time but it seems well worth the effort.
I completely share your sentiments about the servers. Our main server Hernan seemed overwhelmed. He didn't interact much with the kids and only seemed to open up and relax once the meals were all done and we were getting ready to head out. Our assit. server Ceci was better. She really took to the kids and although I could tell she was new she made the effort. We didn't get the character hats made but I asked her mid way through breakfast and she was happy to make them. Overall the servers were a bit disapointing compared to my last cruise (excellent servers Igor/Melody on the Magic) but we still had a great time.
And, Helen....I am with Lisa....please PM me your address and I will get you $$ for the lanyards. Sorry we missed you...
!
No worries. Sorry I didn't get to meet you on board.
Dany - so glad your husband liked it. I enjoyed the Secret Mickey exchange and am glad that he could experience some of that as well.
Not to complain, we had a wonderful cruise and would do it over again. Incidentally I did request servers for our cruise but we didn't get them. :sad2:
Ditto! Connie looked on the board for recommended servers and put in a request but we did not get them. However, on our last cruise she requested the servers she had before and it was honored. Perhaps, that is the difference. It seems they are big and keeping you with the same servers if possible. Which reminds, we had Tony at Palo and he was excellent. We hit Palo 4 times (2 dinner, tea and brunch) and loved all of them.

Yes our head server Taktash (sp) was great! He saved the day a few times for us.

Back to reality for us! I think we are the only ones that actually made it to work on the same day as debarkation!
I too want to say it was pleasure meeting and running into friends from the Disboards. It was such a good, fun group! For those we didn't meet, perhaps we'll see you on a future cruise... Paul & Dana - we'll definitely look you up when we're in Vegas! And I agree with PP that Paul's the man! We seem to run into you everywhere!
Ditto what Helen and others said about the servers.
My sis would only try cruising if we do Alaska so we booked it for 6/25/2012. Didn't realize how short the port times are until we got the confirmation but as long as my sis is willing to go, we'll be there. I'm hoping to hook them onto DCL so DD will have her best friend/cousin with her on future cruises! We also booked Caribbean on 11/17/2012 over Thanksgiving and not sure if we'll be able to do both. I'm also hoping to book a dummy cruise to be transferred to 2013 - Russell was too busy to get to us, but he said someone from DCL will call to book it and we will still get the discount and OBC. Haven't have from DCL yet!

Sorry to hear about everyone's servers. The servers we had on this cruise have definitely been the best thus far. Our server was Balwan, assistant server was Tita and our main guy was Tektas (who is interested in wall st. so talked business with dh on a daily basis grrr....). Would love to have these 3 follow up to the Fantasy next year.:goodvibes

We must have been on a different cruise than most of you. It was the April 17 Mexico on the Disney Wonder? We had a great time!! Our cabin steward was great, quick clean-up in the morning and turn-down while we were at dinner every night. Wonderful towel animals on the bed with the chocolates (except when we left our junk on the bed and then he offered to do it later if we wanted). Our meal servers were great. The milk for the kids was on the table when we arrived and my ice tea was there as soon as I sat down. He did ask every meal, but then again some of our party changed their orders every night. We had a 3 year old and a 1 year old with us. I couldn't believe the mess the 1 year old made at every meal. No complaints, in fact, it became a joke.
Before I went, having read the reviews on the various boards, I wasn't expecting much. I was very pleasantly surprised. So much, in fact, we have booked the same week for 2012.

Our room host was great, it was our server who wasn't great. He seemed annoyed the whole time and distracted. Our asst. Server made up for him, one night when the server wouldn't let dd have pasta with Alfredo sauce and she only ate banana bread for dinner, our asst server sent her back with a whole loaf and the banana butter. The kids did grow bored of the kids clubs very quick too, dd only went to see her friend and ds was super bored he said he could have stayed at home and played video games and wii,

It was great meeting most of you on the cruise. I've been stuck in bed for the last few days with a nasty cold. Of course, I am now feeling better just in time for work on Monday. Funny how things work out :lmao:
This was a great trip for us. Thanks to all on our FE list. The kids had a blast seeing the gifts when they came back to the room. We also used the possiblity of gifts as motivation for them to leave the kids clubs.
Sorry the poker never materialized. Thanks DoubleTrouble for bring the chips and cards. There was so much going on that I didn't connect to get it going. In a way, it is kind of a good thing because the thought for doing poker was that there would not be much to do. But that was definitely the opposite. Too much to do.
Anyway, off to do a baseball game with the family today (Go Oakland A's). Haven't been out of the house since we came back so fresh air will be welcomed. Happy Sunday everyone :goodvibes Hope to see you guys on a future cruise.

No one said they had a bad time. Remember everyone has different dinning staff and stateroom attendants. Some are excellent, and some are just okay. It is hard when you have sailed a few times before and had excellent staff and then come and have just okay staff. You cannot help but compare. So glad you booked for next year, DCL is addicting. If you loved your dining staff, you can request them next time you sail.

For those of you who experienced "official" quarantine in your cabin, how did that work if you don't mind sharing? I've always wondered...if you go to medical, are they the ones who quarantine you, and for how long? Basically, how does it work?
"Ditto" on the server issues this cruise. Ours did not come close to matching up with our first three cruises, but in hindsight they may have been a little better than some of the ones you're describing. We had drinks (and a few special orders) for the kids sorted out, but no hats at character breakfast, coffee forgotten numerous times, and they always seemed maxxed out and/or confused. Our best 2 days were when our server was out sick and a Palo server, Alex (his real name is "Sacha") from Russia was brought down to fill in. He was awesome and definitely what we were hoping for. We were expecting it to be a bit worse due to them taking half the crew of the Magic & Wonder to staff the Dream just a few months ago (therefore lots of new crew backfilling on our ship). Unfortunately, we'll probably see the same next year with them draining talent to fill the Fantasy. P.S. Our head server, Harry from Jamaica, was outstanding with the kids and truly stood out.
Virdis (etal), Sorry as well the poker never materialized, but we were constantly busy on this trip. I was sad we didn't get to spend more time together with your family and others that we never seemed to hook up with.
I'm trying to hang on to the cruise mindset as long as possible now that we're home, and despite the headaches of post-cruise reality, I have the great memories of all of you to make that easier. I've also jumped on the thread for our 4/1/12 (spring break for us) Wonder MR cruise to "keep the magic going". The girls made some amazing friends as well on this trip and will be doing a little emailing to stay in touch once we get caught up here around the house.
Once again, it was a pleasure to meet all of you and sail together and maybe we'll see each other again. If anyone's heading to Vegas, send me a PM.
As Virdis says..."Hakuna Matata, Baby!" No worries...we're living the dream!

DH had the 'official' quarantine notice on Day 2, I think. They flagged his KTTW card so they could see if he was trying to do anything he wasn't supposed to. According to the Dr. he should have been cleared for our excursion in PV but they wouldn't let him off the ship. He got into a pissing match with guest services and finally won his freedom, but he plans to file a BIG complaint. And Michelle informed us, that since we have trip insurance, we should be able to be reimbursed for his 2 days of lockup. (Thanks Michelle!!)
Still haven't fully unpacked. I'm suffering from cruise withdrawal (including Mickey Bar withdrawals) near starvation (apparently room service doesn't make house calls) - not to worry, I packed on a 'few' extra lbs., and Royal Wedding overload. Vacation is officially over tonight. Kids tomorrow, ugh.

Paul please send a kiss to your daugthers they where great, matilde is still talking about her friends.dd have a blast and for me to see her on stage on friendship rocks dancing like crazy and having the the time of her life was the highligth of my trip, there she was without understanding a word of english and still having so much fun, only disney can do things like that.
We book a dumy date also,no cruise for us next year, but we will came back in 2013(maybe with another member of the family if things work out ok).
Kristi,i like our servers, they were not exelent, but they were fine, and food and drinks came very quick, our hostess angelina was great, she even say some words in portuguese, and kept 2 of our huge bags in her locker,so we can have some space in our tiny room.
Disneyland and legoland where crazy busy but we still manage to have lots of fun,the world of color show was great.stay tune i will post some photos as soon as possible.
Thank you all we have great memories.

Well, I'm finally back to the grind. I am ill now, it started in northern Cali on our last night/drive home so it could just be massive allergies that put my body into shock. I surprisingly had no allergies in Mexico, and the usual scratch my eyes out allergies in S.cal that I grew up with.
We went to Magic Mountain the day we disembarked. We were too antsy to just sit still! Roller coasters hit the spot. Jazmin rode everything she could, even X2! WOW. She is like her mommy.
Got my $380 Costco gift card in the mail for booking through Costco travel, yeah!
We had a great cruise for sure. Loved the food and the characters were so charming and they never rushed us for anything. Shows were super good on a few nights...Paul that singing one was dreadful..kids left ASAP. I was nearly Disney-ed out by day 3 I have to say. I still had a great time, but I missed the dance classes we got on other lines and even the trivia was Disney infused. Good for fanatics, but we are merely fans so Royal Caribbean International (RCI) remains our fave line. If ever there was a steal of a deal on DCL I wouldn't pass it up, but that is highly unlikely with their high prices. Kids club lacked individual attention, my kids got bored which was a shocker. The kids club said that they don't gather kids for anything, they only announce on a loud speaker and then will bring them to the other side upon request. Well, my kids don't work like that, so they got bored. Luckily they spent most mornings there so we could hit the spa and stayed there for Palo and during our kayak/snorkeling in PV. Yay. Characters were so much fun to see wandering the halls. Took pressure off of me when we hit DLand on 4/29!
I miss running into people on the ship, too. I FINALLY danced on the last night, which was SO GREAT. Passed out every other night earlier than I planned, but my kiddos didn't spare us with late wake-up on any a.m.
QUARANTINE: Jaz did get stomach flu pretty bad on Easter, after puking 5 times I called the number on the bathroom mirror that mentioned vomiting, etc. They asked us to come down, I confirmed it was a free visit, and walked Jaz with ice/vomit bucket in-hand. The gave her a suppository for vomiting. No fever (she got hot later, but not bad), and quarantined her for 24 hours, which put her in the room until 6:20pm the next day,HER 7th BIRTHDAY. I nearly cried. No Cabo trip on her bday, I just went with her lil sis and left her and dad in room. They delivered free DVD and movies, on her bday delivered a free shirt and Mickey plush and signed bday card. That's about it. Oh, they comped PowerAid from room service. So sad. We made it, though. At character bfast on 4/26 the girl at the next table left puking into her napkin. Wow, stomach flu!
Server Shane and Asst Server Niks were okay. Kept bringing french fries when we specifically asked for none, only veggies and meal. Got tired of correcting them. Only water on table when we arrived, waiting for drinks awhile each night even though we always had the same thing. Nice guys, though. Shane pressured us to vote on his review card, "mark excellent, not just very good." Well, sad to say that didn't happen. Not with constant mistakes and forgotten food. Also not communicating between servers, and hats/bandanas were upon request. Again, great food, and nice servers, but not to the level I had on all 5 of my RCI cruises. Princess and Carnival compare to this service. Princess worse for us, actually, they ignored us a lot,I had to wave my hands to get attention. Food much better than those two, comparable to RCI. Palo DELICIOUS, Tony was a GREAT server. Loved that place, man!
FE Gifts, OMG guys. U did great! I didn't label mine with a "from" so what I gave out was in party bags, Viva Mexico personalized pencils and candy and some kiddie duck pirates and stress balls and pirate booty bags, etc. Last night I dunked glow bracelets and candy into any FE I passed by. Oh, and some bottlecap necklaces.
THANK YOU for the wonderful gifts! I can't wait to hang my Xmas ornament on my tree, and we are still rationing the FE gifts to the kids. My Secret Mickey Rocked...whoever they were. Wine that I LOVED at dinner, special Easter Eeyore, etc. SO NICE.:yay: I wish real life was as good as this group of people on a cruise ship.

I was supposed to deliver FE gifts on the 26th. My 7 year old was not feeling well. We started the delivery in the a.m. and each time I would look back, DD was either sitting on the floor or leaning against the wall. She was miserable. (Don't worry, what she had was NOT contagious!) We got about half of the gifts delivered. I kept trying, and felt so bad, as we LOVED the gifts we had received, and I felt it really important that my girls do the giving as well as the taking. Another DISer offered to help, but I didn't want to take her from her family on the last night. So, I APOLOGIZE! If anyone noticed that they were "short" one gift, let me know and I'd be happy to send you (or your kids) a "make-up".
Our Server is from Jamaica and he has two little girls. He is working to save $$ for their college. I gave him the extra FE gifts; some POC books, Disney playing cards, Disney Pez candies, etc. He seemed very appreciative (I asked before I brought him the stuff), and said he has lots of neices and nephews at home as well.
So, I apologize, but that's what happened!

I agree, I had a FABULOUS time and would totally do it over even with the same servers. It was just that after 2 other cruises w/DCL I had an expectation, set by my former servers. Maybe it was them being helpful to us or maybe this cruise the servers were new, not sure but my expectation set forth by previous experiences wasn't met. I did have a great time regardless and we laughed and were kind to our servers, as they were to us. In fact, I wanna go back now....waaahaaaa......

Color me oblivious. I had no idea there was so much sickness on our cruise. DD has been a bit under the weather, but we took her straight to science camp after they booted us off the ship Wednesday, so I assumed she picked it up there. But maybe she started getting sick onboard then went on to share with the whole 6th grade. Hmm
I'm sorry so many of you had a less than stellar service. That can be such a big part of the overall experience. But with so many new CM's, I'm not really surprised. We were lucky because our serving team was fabulous. In fact I'm thinking I should write DCL and let them know, especially since I found my survey card when I was unpacking... oops, guess I somehow missed the drop box that last morning. :guilty:
I got an e-mail with our onboard booking details today. We had just requested a dummy date. They sure know how to hook you though. They put us in the same cabins we had on our first ever cruise, and we loved that location. Unfortunatley I don't think there's any way we can keep the date they booked us for, so I'm sure it will eventually be moved.
We owe money for lanyards too, so if someone could PM payment details that would be great.
Unfortunately I missed meeting a lot of Dis-ers, but I loved seeing the folks I did meet around the ship. I also want to add another thank you for all the great FE gifts. What a fun group we had!

Penny, let us know when you get back. I bet Lucky is still flyin' high from the race. Tell him it's about time to come back to Earth cuz the holiday is almost over. :sad1:
Sandy - back to earth with a thud! I'm at work today, kids back at school and the trip is now a great memory... thanks to all the unpacking and laundry etc.
Its getting chilly here now, Autumn has well and truly kicked in while we were away, bit of a shock for us having spent 10 in Austin Tx just before coming home, the weather was spectacular.
Loved meeting everyone - we all had a great time.

Yes thank you everyone for FE the kids loved coming back to all the treats DD met another little girl named Charlotte from Australia I think. She sure misses her she said she got a FE so I think they must be on the boards here so if Charlotte's mommy is here Cassidy misses her and says hi.
Rae
Hi Rae
Charlotte really looked for Cassidy every day - I think she was the reason the Lab was fun! Charlotte says hi back :thumbsup2

Hope everyone is well! I know this thread is pretty much dormant now (and the cruise filed in the "great memories" section), but wanted to throw this out there...
We're going to Disneyland on Saturday, June 11th. If anyone else happens to be going, please let us know and maybe we can do a quick "meetup". Probably going again in early August as well (TBD).
Looking forward to our cruise next April 1st!

Missing all the daily chats we shared. Hope everyone is enjoying summer.
Cayla, I wanted to hear about the Alaska leg of your B2B2B. What kind of fun stuff did you do?
What other trips does everyone have scheduled? If anyone posted a trip report from our 10 Nt. please forward the link.
I couldn't resist the DCL SoCal Resident special, so we'll be on the Wonder for Thanksgiving. Will anyone else be on that one?
Miss you all, and I have great memories of the trip, especially when looking at our FE gifts.

I had an amazing time...I spent the day in LA hanging in the port with my friends and giving out my FE gifts (silicon wrist bands). We spent 2 days in San Fran - NO CURFEW...so of course I was way too tired to take advantage of it. I spent the day walking all over the city. The next day was a private excursion to the Walt Disney Family Museum - most amazing place. This excursion included all kinds of food, wine, and all the special places that SF is known for...my buddy Michael outdid himself on this one.
One day in Victoria - beautiful city!!! Then into Vancouver. The customs stuff was challenging...we ALL had to stand around for 4 hours waiting to reboard...so Michael and I went walking.
Tracey Arm was incredible - Mickey and Minnie had new clothing...so fine! We took the Wonder further into the arm than any megaship has ever been. We were alone in the fjord, so it was simply amazingly private, and quiet...unbelievable.
Skagway: I did a helicopter ride and glacier walk...boy are they noisy. Then I walked around town and visited a museum that wasn't there the last time I visited.
Jeneau: kayaking in a glacier run off...saw an eagle sitting, got pics of it taking off with a fish. THen some of the best seafood I have ever had (I have eaten all up and down the eastern seaboard...this BLEW the east away!)
Ketchican: did a trip on a retired crab boat...very interesting...then dinner at a local place that was a little disappointing, but interesting.
Vancouver again: just spent the day resting...we walked to the Lions Gate bridge and took photos of the Wonder during her sailaway...I got shots of the ship from above...they are open on facebook for all to see...go look at them.
Seattle: such a fun city. I walked all over the place. Saw fish being tossed at Pikes, saw the Northwestern and Wizard from Deadliest Catch, the troll under the bridge, and met some amazing people! The space needle is a wow for sure!!!
This is a VERY brief description...but gives you the gist of what i did....I gained 12 pounds...not too bad, hmm?
Miz Rainbow had a wonderful time...she has many photos of her all over the place. SHe was a big hit with the other "fur" folks that joined us....
I am gearing up for the next set of adventures...after my summer class I am going to DLR for D23, then WDW for the pin event and MNSSHP, Oct a weekend at F&W, then Nov on the Dream...Next year is even busier...I so love to travel!
Looking forward to seeing all of the folks i met on this trip again! I know that some of you are sailing on some of next years trips...

Fun stuff! Wish I could afford the time and money to travel like you. We have the Wonder for Thanksgiving (with Double Trouble) and the Fantasy (with ShellBelle ?) next June. Did you see the picture of me with Captain Sig pirate:(Northwestern) on Facebook? Give me a heads up when anyone comes to Disneyland. It's home away from home for us. Had a great time there today.
Happy Summer everyone!!:beach:

I'm quite surprise that this thread is still active. I was tempted by the SoCal special / Kid Free Promo but with Sean only have 2 days of vacation left for the remainder of the year, we had to pass it up.

C'mon Connie, you know you wanna...:thumbsup2
