Woohoo! I am so looking forward to the Amazing Race!

Oh..and Steel Magnolias..best Sally Field movie ever.

I agree. But there will be some time-shifting with video tape or watching reruns online. Plus a new Simpsons!

I also want to watch Ken Burns' National parks on PBS, but I can get that from the a neighboring library next month.

Tough night is Wednesday - DIS Chat, Modern Family and Glee. All at the same time!

I'm with ya', except for the Desperate Housewives part. Never could get in to that show. AR is my favorite reality show by far.

The Amazing Race is awesome!

I can't wait.

One of the teams will be eliminated before they leave the starting line.

TAR is my absolute favorite show. If I weren't so old and out of shape I might even consider jeopardizing my job for it, well, no I guess not, and need someone to watch the kids... sigh... I would do a short over 40 version though...

I would do a short over 40 version though...

We always joke that we would do the "old, fat" version.

That's the one without running, bungee jumping off anything or anything requiring lycra or spandex.

I guess what I'm saying is I have the internet travel booking thing covered.:thumbsup2

I have to agree with you Kevin on all but one show. I'm not able to watch Brothers and Sisters because I have to get up at 3:45 a.m. So for me to stay up past 9:00 p.m. wouldn't be a good thing.

Can't wait for the shows tonight!! I even had to change the time that we are having cake for my son's birthday to 6:30 p.m. because no one in the family can miss any of these shows!!! When I sent my in laws a text earlier today and told them 7:00 p.m. for cake all 3 families responded back no 6:30 p.m. due to the shows starting. What happened to DVR's! :rotfl2:

Everyone enjoy the shows tonight!!!

I've been waiting for the shows to come back on and my regular Sunday night schedule can resume... Unfortunatley there is no Dairy Queen around here, anywhere.... but they constantly show commercials for DQ :confused3
It is very frustrating!

Ack !!

It's 8:11 and all I see on TV is Andy Rooney rambling about whatever exasperatingly pointless topic he has come up with for the new season !

Ahh, "Amazing Race" has been momentarily delayed by the endless joy of televised football.

Oh, good... it should be starting now...

I just got done saying how there's never anything on tv on Sundays. I'm not into any of those shows although I haven't watched a full episode yet. I did start watching The Simpsons again last week. I saw the new episode just before. Lol

Can't wait for DH and B&S. I like the guy playing Kitty's new "friend" but I soooooooooooooooooooooo want her and Robert to stay together. Hoping Rebecca will go away somewhere this season. Justin can do much better.

My Sunday TV is generally the Patriots and after that Deb has control for primetime. Now she is catching up on season three of Heroes streaming via Netflix. Who knows how many Heroes eps she'll watch tonight before she gets to the other stuff if at all. TAR is recording on Tivo and then DH's.

Luckily she has tomorrow off. But not me. :sad2:

A few half gallons in the freezer, Smucker's toppings, and a can of Whippi Do is all you need Andrea. :)

We need more TV's.

I really, really, really want to do a WDW version of TAR. It was my winning WPASADI final entry. It would be cool to do during DIS-a-Palooza. I'd imagine Disney wouldn't be too happy about us running around Epcot.

:woohoo:Another great AR night! NC B. shook his head at me when I noticed the Tokyo Disney store.

:guilty: I won't be able to see it next Sunday since we will be on one of the mountains or TTA or....eating Dole Whips. We love our dvr.

:yay: I loved that Jimmie won the Dover race (the monster mile track).

Try buying from a Dollar Store or a craft store would be good to get a deal.

Don't want to post any AR spoilers, so I'll just say..... How about that license plate competition? At least they didn't have far to go home.

I wonder if that couple will be flown (or driven - hint hint) to the final pit stop is where all the contestants usually cheer on the last three teams.

Sundays are bliss again - Patriots and TAR! :thumbsup2

So far I'm rooting for the Aspberger's team and Globetrotters :thumbsup2 And am waiting already for Lance to go home :goodvibes

Hmm...

Usually I'm a big fan of Amazing Race, but something about the people this season kind of annoyed me. I can't quite put my finger on it, but I know I DO wish that CBS would film this in HD already. C'mon, CBS ! I know the cameras are expensive, but think about how glorious all that scenery would look ! I mean geez, the gosh-derned Price is Right is in HD. Ahh well...

On a happier note, I thought the writing on Desperate Housecats was sharper than it's been in ages, it should be a good season.
