Holiday Inn Express

Hello sky,
This is Shirley - the Holiday Inn Express is right in front of me which is on A1A - I believe that it is a very nice motel and the rooms appear very nice - Now the only incident that I know that occurred there, was a family that were cruising last year stayed there and ended up with an isolated violation to their truck which created over $3,000 worth of damages and they almost didn't make it to the ship - Norm and I took over the truck and made sure that everything was taken care of so that they could go on their Disney cruise - and no they did not know us, but they did trust us with their belongings. The management were all very kind and did not charge them for their stay there - I would ask the management about security in the parking lot after hours.
Other than that one incident, that I know of, I do believe it is a safe place and they do have continental breakfast.

It's across the highway and about three blocks from the beach, along a busy commercial strip. The hotel itself seems very nice and reasonably new. They do have a swimming pool that is outdoors but mostly shaded.
