Hey everybody,
Very busy weekend. Thursday Night I attended the very special, WDW-Radio & MEI Travel's Adventurers Club Final Public Event. It was great and sad all rolled into one. This was a special event that Lou Mongello and MEI Travel set up, it included a buffet dinner & dessert and performances all night long by at least 10 of the AC Cast Members. I took a bunch of photos, and if you want to see them, I need you to PM me your e-mail address. I keep all my photos at Kodak Gallery.
Friday evening we went to MNSSHP. Got there just before 7pm, and me and my wife immediately staked out a piece of the curb directly in front of the movie theater (so we can enjoy the cool air flowing out the door). I video taped the Headless Horseman's ride down Main Street, USA and the entire Boo-to-You Parade, I will upload the Headless Horseman to YouTube. Not sure if I can put the entire parade since it's a long video.
So, PM me if you are interested in viewing the last public event ever held at the AC. We were told that Saturday Night (last night) there was a final event held for Disney Executives Only. What happens next? Who knows for sure? Move it to Hong Kong (as the Colonel suggested?), move it to a WDW park?
Your guess is as lousy as mine.
