Days Inn Cocoa Beach

Has anyone stayed at the Days Inn at Cocoa Beach? We are able to get a really good deal on a room (almost a $40 savings), and it does have 3 stars, but I have learned that that doesn't always mean much. Has anyone stayed there, and is it a clean and acceptable place? We will only be staying there one night, so it really isn't a big deal, but still would like an acceptable place to stay. Thanks for any input you can offer!! :)

My dh's boss stays there every year for a week. He recommended it to us when we were looking for a place on the beach to spend a night. We didn't have good luck finding a discounted rate and felt it was a little pricey for our tastes, but if you got a good deal, great!

I don't know how picky my dh's boss is, but it couldn't be too bad if he returns year after year and he recommended it to us.
