Did we do this before?
I am wondering how many of you guys have actually ordered plants via websites. If you did, were you happy with the what you got?
I just have a phobia about ordering anything over the internet and if I was to start, I don't think I would start with plants.
So, who has? Tell me your tale.
I did some through Michigan Bulb, actually a lot...:o ...I have had lots of luck with Lilies, the Butterfly Bush & Blue mist shrub..:D

I've never ordered any plants/bulbs/seeds over the internet Tulirose. I've been doing my part keeping my local garden centres in the green !! ;) :)

I have ordered over the internet from High Country Gardens (one of my favorite catalogs nurseries!) and from Wayside Gardens. I was a little miffed with Wayside... as they waited until June to finally confess that they were not going to ship some plants at all that should have been there in early May. I had already put my backup plan in action - but if I had not... I would have had a problem that late in the game.
I order plants from catalogs, the internet, and I purchase from local nurseries as well. The local nurseries do not always carry varieties I am interested in - or have the selection that the catalog nurseries do.
I have had very good luck with this. I lose a few plants periodically from ALL of my purchases (local buys too) - so it is pretty much the same no matter how I acquire them.
I have to say though, High Country Garden plants are STURDY! I have not lost ONE - that's right - NOT ONE of the plants I have started from them.
