Thought I'd share some upcoming dates and events:

Jack Hanna at SW November 21 and 22. There is usually a meet and greet before the show for passholders.

Polar Express will open November 13. that means Wild Arctic will be closed the the week before, but not sure how many days it takes to make the change.

Ack! Sorry for newbie question but what is Wild Arctic? It will be closed while we are there :confused:

It is a simulator ride that "takes you in a helicopter to a base in the arctic".

Then you walk through an area where the belugas, polar bears, and walrus are. Its a cool area. But don't worry. They change it for Christmas and it reopens as the Polar Express which is even better themed. It is only down a few days to make the change. I have never been there the week before Polar Express opens so don't know if they let you walk into the animal area through the exit just to see the animals . There are videos f Polar Express on You tube so there is probably videos of the Wild Arctic there, too.
