Snack Credit Questions

Does anyone know if you can use snack credits at the Food & Wine at EPCOT?

You will be able to use them for any food or non-alcoholic beverage item at any of the World Showcase international food kiosks.

A post on the Food & Wine sticky thread on the main board showed photographs of all the kiosk menus, and they do have the DDP logo next to all food and non-booze items. Doesn't matter how much the item costs. Even the $7.25 lobster roll is eligible.
