BCV Add-on Question

I am confused... If/when I add on at the BCV, with a September use year, I will have my points available in Sept/2002. Now, the confusion for me is--when would I start paying dues/mortgage payments? :confused: In September or at closing?

Dues would start in Sept.

I just purchased an add-on at the BCV, Aug. use yr. I have the points immediately available to use and I was advised I would receive a bill for the dues end of Sept beginning of Oct. The dues are pro-rated. In my case I will have to pay five months until the end of the year. I hope this helps. Enjoy!

We bought our BCV add on in April. Our use year anniversary is October. The BCV points were available to us as soon as the paperwork was complete but our 2002 dues for this add on will be prorated for the period starting October 1st of 2002.
