How far in advance should I request a ressie at the Poly or AKL? I believe 11 months is max, but is there a time frame when these ressies become hard to get? Is there a limited number that DVC can get, or is it based on overall resort availability? Is Concierge the same?
I will go through Poly withdrawal if I don't stay there at least a few nights per year. :cool:

My understanding is that the ability to book and stay at one of the non-DVC WDW resorts is subject only to availability at the chosen resort and your individual use year. You cannot book AND stay within 60 days of the end of your use year. You can stay within 60 days of the end of your use year only if you reserve the stay more than 60 days from the end of your use year.

We had no trouble securing both BC COncierge and Poly LV Concierge level on points for our last trip but that was the second week in May and traditiaonlly a slow time. We booked a little over 3 months out.
