Checking in on-line

Has anyone tried to check in to there resort in WDW online, i tried it today & was doing ok till it asked for special requests & i tried to add one (crib) but it wouldnt let me :confused3 am i doing something wrong didnt finish it as really wanted to add request.

I did online check-in in April but I didn't have any particular requests. It doesn't really save you that much time so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Thank you we were worried as our flight has been changed to a later flight meaning we may not get to hotel till roughly 7pm with exhausted 2 yr old wanted to make sure crib was there might give them a phone call !

A phone call is probably better - at least then you know somebody has actually taken notice of the request. :goodvibes

we done on line check in and found it really quick to check in they had all the paper work done and waiting for us

I thought all rooms had a crib anyway - but I might be wrong.

Does the 10 day ahead for check in include the day you check in? For example say I'm checking in on December 10 - do I check in online on December 1 or November 30?
