Was just at BC in late May and thought the BC Villas were kind of in a "bad" location. They are behind the resort and seem to have horrible views from any room. Just wondered what everyone else thought of them. Also, i don't like the greenish color of the building.

I have seen pictures of views from some of the rooms. I think they look great.

You can see Spaceship Earth and also Illuminations.

I don't mind the green color, though I do like the blue of BC better

Reports on the views are coming in over on the DVC board here. Sounds like many people have gotten great ones, including views of Illuminations.

We are just back from the YC, and I made a point to go over and check out the BCV. I took pictures and video taped, and I was very impressed! Personally, I liked the green color of the villas, and the white trim and walkways. One whole side of the villas has a view of the beautiful quiet pool area, and the other side has a view of Epcot/Spaceship Earth. I am sure there are rooms with a less than great view, but for the most part, they are good.

There are two lobby type rooms as you enter the villas, one is a room off to the right with a TV and several groupings of couches and chairs. The other room called the Breezeway leads to the quiet pool area. Unfortunately we were unable to see a room. It is a very short walk to the BC entrance by the giftshop, and seems to be conveniently located. The only thing that I think has an inconvenience is that the bus stop is quite a walk for guests staying at either the BC or BCV's because the original bus stop use to be where the villas are now. I think the BCV's will be an extremely popular addition to the DVC villas. :):D:)

I’ve waited 10 years to purchase a DVC membership and did so only after visiting the BCV in February. I purchased it because of location and didn’t place a great deal of emphasis on the view. Although I hope to have a good view, the location, not the view sold me. Our first encounter will be in September. :)

We, too, waited for the BCV. Close to parks yet seemingly quiet. Can't wait to try it. My DS and I did walk through the morning it opened but had to return home that day:( . It looks beautiful to me:) !

I couldn't imagine a BETTER location. If they would have asked me where I wanted my DVC resort to be, it would be right where they put it.

Unfortunately we were unable to see a room

For those that are interested, you can see models of the rooms over at the DVC sales center at the BWV.
