When do you get the BEO? Update: Got it!

We had a call with Rosie in Floral last week and have sorted our extras and dining with our wedding planner.

When does the BEO come through? Our wedding is at the beginning of December.

Hi,

It's the costings from Disney that include any additionals and/or items you've had such as dining, floral etc.

With Escape weddings it's additionals or upgrades, with Wishes it's things itemised.

I had an idea of how much our extra floral would be thanks to the wonderful Dis people but I still want to know the total amount to make sure we have the budget for it.

I have no idea! Last I heard, my planner was still waiting on Rosie to finish her part. At about 30 days we were finalizing a few things (a few people backed out) but now every day I expect an email and it's never there! ???

Wow...I've asked my planner a couple of times if she's heard from Rosie and she keeps saying she'll let me know. This most recent time I asked she said she at least try and get a guesstimate for me. :confused3

Thankfully I am an Escape bride and I know the few upgrades I have made, so I know where I stand, but I dont think they would be this understanding if the tables were turned and I was the one not paying on time. :lmao::lmao:

This is not comforting to know:eek:. Try to estimate what you owe using their website with the changes you made.

Our planning session was just over 3 weeks ago. My planner said I should have most of the BEO this week but Floral might not be ready.

My planning session was on June 26th. I have Elizabeth Motock for my floral and she had my floral BEO sent to me on July 3rd!!!

I have Michelle Wenzler-Dorr as my planner and she had my BEO sent to me on July 1st!!!

I can't believe some of you are so close to your dates and haven't gotten your BEO's!! I waould be so mad. I would keep calling and asking for it. Really, what's the hold up?:confused3

We got our BEO today and it is perfect, apart from the fact we need to change the number of guests for lunch which will affect the price.

We don't have the floral cost in it yet, but at least we know how much the bulk of it will be.
