If you are new to swapping with us, you are welcome to join in on this swap, but you are limited to signing up for 2 groups only.

Packaging: Place your completed pages (for one group) in a 2 gallon Ziploc bag with your DISname, name and group letter. Do not address your items to a particular swapper. (That makes it harder for me to sort!) Your label should look like this

Mailing: You may send to me, by any method you choose unless you are mailing after January 8 [note this is before the mail by date]. Then, you must mail Priority WITH Delivery Confirmation. I prefer to send to you using flat rate boxes/envelopes. Please include enough postage in your package for return shipping. The rates are: Standard box – $10.35, Large - $13.95. I won’t require Delivery Confirmation, UNLESS you are sending to me AFTER January 8. If you want your items shipped to you with DC, please include the $.70, and a filled out slip. I will not mail the items back with delivery confirmation unless you include the $.70. And I am not responsible to for postal errors.

DO NOT include clik-it/ship-it postage. I will not be able to use it since it is only good on the day it was printed, and from the location it was printed.

JohnsonLovesDisney is going to be having an Event swap for elements with sign-ups on October 17. Her swap will more detailed for events than what I have here.

Please note: For the countries in Epcot, I broke them into 2 groups of 6 since page swaps are usually small and I wasn't sure we'd get 12 people to sign-up. If there's enough interest, I can put the countries into 1 group of 12 and if need be, I can make them 3 groups of 4.

I've only been to MNSSHP once so I've only seen the parade one time. The parade started with the Headless Horseman. Then, there's the normal characters (Mickey & friends, Pooh & friends, etc.) in their costumes. Jack Sparrow was there. The Haunted Mansion part of the parade was my favorite with hitchhiking ghosts on a float and then gravediggers with shovels marching along clanging their shovels onto the pavement and making sparks (really cool!). Then, there's the villains. It ends with Goofy and the candy float.

So, to answer your question, anything not scary spookyish will work fine!

Stephanie, I wanted to ask you, if you remember and I believe it was you, how did you make the Mickey ghosts that you did for a swap awhile ago?
I love that ghost and have a teeshirt with Mic dressed as a ghost.

Rita, I didn't make a Mickey Ghost. I've made a Mickey pumpkin, but not a ghost. I went and looked in my stuff because I remembered getting a ghost in a sawp and I have a Mickey ghost that MissesDisney made in a surprise swap. It looks like she cut out the ghost from the Paper Doll Dress Up cart (see another reason you need that cart!;)) and then cut a black Mickey head from one of the Mickey carts and glued it behind the head of the ghost. Then she cut an orange ghost and glued it a little uneven behind the ghost for a shadow.

I have not been yet.. but I have some digital images specially made for "Boo To You" parade.I got them from this board. I have used them a lot. What I do is print them out to the size I desire on white cardstock. So even though they are for digital scrapping you can use them. I am going to use some for my Hallowishes spot. I can post some of the images here and then post the addy where there is one spot with several images.

Okay here is the link to the digi kit for "Boo To You" parade. You could use soem of these elements possibly. They are made by a fellow member Donatalie. She does some great stuff.

I have taken these kinds of elements, print them out, make sure they meet the size requirements, and mat and embellish. They come out cute. I am going to see about taking some other things to Kinkos if they can print from a memory stick.

Jennifer when are your dates for your cruise. We maybe overlapping our trips. Actually I have not got my exact dates, but I am looking in October. We could go to MNSSHP together. I want to go twice while there. Also you could use the page just for halloween pictures. You would have to get some undu and redo the title, but hey it might work. I am doing a Christmas Page, but will not be down there for the Christmas festivites, but probably will use it for a christmas layout in my albums. I am glad you did sign up for the spot. I love your stuff. I just used your Epcot page from the ABC disney page swap. I did have to switch the mat around to fit my pic, but it looks great. And best part it was FAST!!! That's very sweet of you Shawn. Our cruise is October 30. We might fly down on the 29th, and I would assume they would have the party that night (which is a Friday). Or, we could also stay over Saturday night after the cruise, November 6th, but I don't know if they would have the Halloween party after Halloween. The reason for that color is the background paper will be a blue background with the a diamond with Santa Mickey in it. Red and green do not look good with the background.

AWM, no it wasn't too hard... I cut the paper down in 2 sections... 6.14 for my photo mat section... than I flipped the side left over and cut it down to 4.14.... to use as the mat for the second side... It just end up working out, nothing I really put a lot of effort into... :)

But in 2008 I was able to attend the P&P party so I have ideas there!

It's easy to get time to scrap when you lock him up in the closest:rotfl:. Just Kidding... promise. Actually I scrap at night when I lay him down for the night. I get a few minutes in the day sometimes and sometimes he comes in her and watches a movie with me or does some kind of activity.

If embellishing the photomats won't look right, then leave them as is and just do a little something extra somewhere else on your page. I'd rather it look good than stick something on there just to have it.

If you can't find green you can make it if you have blue and yellow- just mix them together in a little jar- or on wax paper if you don't have a container.

Do you have a cricut? If so I was thinking maybe Don Juan, Cuttin Up, Sesame Street font or Mickey Font. They are so - so close out of the ones I have. They do not have that little serif on them however, so maybe I am totally off beat.

As for Treasure Spots Im going with "X marks the spot" because where you do get "treasure" the spots are marked by an "X" and then Im going to bling up the rest of the page because we got a bag full of "gems" when we went.

I think the "X" and the bling for Treasure Spots will look great! As for the Boo To You, I don't know much about finding fonts so can't help you there. I think the Mickey Font will look good if that's what you do use.

I found a photo of the publicity poster that was used for MNSSHP for this year and am going to use those colors and Ive actually created something for the element with the cricut but I may just have to end up using the Mickey font like you suggested. I have officially been to the 4 Michaels in the Northwest Valley, the one scrapping store and the Jo's by my house!
I have decided to go with the other way I had thought about making the Moroccon pages and as hostess you get first choice which you like better and then can randomly select who gets which one because going through all of this for one element is just not quiet worth it. Im working on letting go of things.

Now on the bright side, I did find a cute new Christmas lights ornament for the event swap where I have general Dis C and H.
My computer adds for DL is "ALL IS BRIGHT" and Im going to go with bright Small Worldish colors for it. I just hope it doesnt end up looking to Easter-ie.

We recieved what we refer to as "mystery money" on Monday, money we forgot had been due to us and Tuesday the van happened and they basically washed each other out!
Not having the van I had to ask MIL to go with me to get the kids from school. She drives a Caddi type car, DS tells me last night, "Mom I was really worried that that was the rental! I was going to tell you lets just take the Accord because I was not going in that!":rotfl:

I used some Chrsitmas presents for this one: the font is from Designer's calendar. It cut at one inch just fine. The guitar is from Stamping Solutions cart. I glued together and placed those tiny letters with the help of my new favorite tool -- EK Success Tweezer Bee. I got it at Michaels for $6.99 - -can't remember whether that is what I paid using a coupon, or if that was the full price. Regardless, it was worth every penny. I don't know how have been crafting for so long without it!

My check in: I have to assemble 3 more of these -- everything is cut and ready to be adhered to the page.

I have sketeches and files and supplies for Trick or Treat and Epcot. Still tweaking my sketch for WDW.

More progress. The holidays were wonderful, but it feels good to get back to my crafts! I have everything cut and assembled for Epcot and Trick or treat pages. I just need to add the embellishments to the mats and boxes and then adhere to the pages. All 3 kids have swim lessons or practice tomorrow between 6 and 9pm, so I hope to be able to poke in brads while I'm standing around the pool.

Still playing around with the design for Walt Disney World, but I should have no problem getting this mailed on time.
