The first thing you should do is post several pictures of yourself in as little clothing as possible.::yes::

The second thing is to remember to NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING that Wally or Rosie say. You can't trust them. Nope, not at all.

Okay, here's the health update. (I'll try to make it as short as possible.)

In late May or early June I went to the ER and was diagnosed with pleurisy, which wound up lasting a little over 2 months. At the same time my right eye became swollen and my vision started getting blurry. Two of the doctors I saw dismissed the eye problem and said not to worry about it.

In July my eye got to the point where it wasn't producing any tears whatsoever, and I could barely see out of it, let alone keep it open for more than a couple seconds. I went to the eye doctor a few times and was given several drops, salves and an antibiotic but nothing helped. She had no idea what the problem was, so she referred me to a neuro-opthamologist, which wasn't scheduled until about 5 weeks later since I'm on one of those "free/low-cost health programs".

While waiting for my appointment my right eye seemed to heal almost completely on its own. Unfortunately, I started having pain behind both eyes as soon as the right eye "healed". The neuro-opthamologist had me get a CT Scan, which showed absolutely nothing. The only proof the doctor had that anything was wrong with my eye(s) was that my right eyelid didn't open as far as the left, but it was barely noticeable. The good thing was that he said he saw absolutely no diabetic deterioration of either eye, which was kind of unusual for someone who's had diabetes for as long as I have (26 years).

Shortly after the CT Scan the pain behind both eyes went away within a matter of a couple days. :confused3 I had noticed and mentioned to the doctors that my right temple started feeling strange and the right half of my scalp started to feel "tender" and slightly painful when I ran my fingers through my hair around the same time that all this started happening. It was brought to my attention that I may have very well had a minor stroke which could have affected my nerves.
