3 mos prior what should be done/reserved?

Our cruise isnt until Nov 30th. However, Im afraid with the summer finally here and getting busier that something is going to fall through the cracks. I'll be back to my serious trip planning after Labor Day. But in the meantime, what should I not forget reserving/doing?
I have the Radisson reserved for the night before our cruise. We are staying the night before our flight leaves Providence - should I wait to reserve that hotel or get it done with? How about the Avis car both from the airport to port and back? Anything else? The excursions cant be booked yet.

imgoingtodisney: I have some info that may help you. My sister just happens to work for the radisson in warwick - did you know that you can leave you car there (free parking) and get the Radisson shuttle over to the airport for your flight. Then when you come back from your vacation just call the Radisson (the phones are located right at the bottom of the escalators near baggage claim) - get your bags from baggage claim and the Radisson shuttle will come pick you up.

This is just a suggestion, but it may save you some money on Avis.

Yes I realize that the hotel has a shuttle to TF Green airport. I would need to rent a car from Orlando airport to the port and from the port to the airport. In Rhode Island we wont need a car. We flew out in Oct and did this. It worked out great since we usually fly down at 7am. We may need to check out the Radisson - thank you
