After we disembarked, we went into a large room, got our luggage, got a luggage handler and walked right out the door to the waiting Dsiney busses.

Where are the customs people? We never saw them. Are they the people walking around with clipboards in the large room. We thought the people walking around with the clipboard were Disney personnel.

There was a period of time recently when you didn't even need a customs form, but they have returned to using the forms now. It is still painless and quite easy to miss the Customs people (believe me, they are there! You pass by them on the way out). You just drop the form in a box and walk through, although I'm sure they do pick some people to be inspected.
