This was us in the terminal getting ready to embark on the July 4th cruise.
The first 3 on the left are part of Disneyholic Family. Im sorry but Im not sure who the 2 kids in front are. Then its me in the Patriotic Mickey shirt, then Tony and Barb. This was just the beginning of a great 3 days!

Hey CamColt, you beat us to the punch!
The kids are part of the family from Northbrook, Illinois who we were chatting with. They are not DISers but are definitely hard-core Disney fans...we had asked them if they wanted to be in the photo since the kids do a lot on the internet so they could look themselves up on my website.

Oh, thanks! That makes sense. I knew I saw them around the ship quite a bit, but I wasnt sure if someone knew them or if they just happened to be there at the time.
I got 2 rolls of film developed today and I still have 14 pictures left on another roll, that Im dying to finish up now.

my daughter (the one who's second from the left in the picture - and also happens to be bubblemutant45 on the disboard) won't stop campaigning to go back on another cruise instead of going to las vegas....
i guess i should have made reservations on the ship for another cruise next year..
i'll write up my report when we get back home...suffice to say we had a wonderful time.....
and it was especially great meeting you all!!!!

I didnt realize she was bubblemutant! Im assuming thats the bubblemutant who I "talked" to a few times on this board. I believe she posted asking if there were any teens on the July 4th cruise and I said Im not a teen but Ill be on it. I feel so stupid that I never realized that was her. :)
Im glad you guys had a good time. I know you werent too sure about the whole cruising thing in the beginning. I just got back from my parents house, and showing them the video of the trip. Now I want to go back and they all want to go too! What a blast!

yup....that's her.....
it turned out that she spent all of her time with us.....
there were only a very few 18 year olds on the ship....
it's a tough age.....they're too old for common grounds and too young for the swinging singles set....
but she loved the cruise anyway.....
the few other 18 year olds we met were also hanging out with their parents....
my 15 year old (the tall boy in the picture) spent almost all of his time in common grounds with the other kids his age...
it was an interesting switch.....at home she's always out with other kids....the total social animal....while he's always at home in front of his computer....on the ship they switched roles....he was out hanging with the kids while she went with us to dueling pianos and wavebands....but as i said, she had a fabulous time and says she's going to go again but this time with her cousin (he's also 18).....
she'd also like to get my sister and her kids to go with us next year.....
and yes,....i was very worried going into the cruise.....mainly because of my motion sickness problem......well it was fine.....i was absolutely fine (even though i can't take any medicine for it)...
so now i'm going to turn into a cruisaholic (like Barb and Tony)....
here's hoping that disney adds that ship on a european route....then i won't have to go so far...
